Your POV:

Kelley wasn't joining Sky Blue right away. They were gonna give her some time since she had the babies.

I flew to Chicago to meet with the Red Stars. 

"Rookies." Coach said. "I have world class players already on my roster. I need more options thats where you come in. Show me why you think you deserve a spot on this roster and you could be looking at a pro contract." He walked over to me. "You're Solo's kid."

"Yeah but I want people to stop calling me that. I have my own name." I said.

"That's the attitude I want to see." He said. "Tell your moms I said congratulations by the way." He whispered.

"Yes sir." 

"Ok let's go!" He said.

We got too work.

Preseason was underway and it was kicking all our asses. We played our first preseason game against Illinois State. 

Hope's POV:

"Are you sure you don't want me there?"

"Hope I'm fine. I have my parents here." Kelley said. "Focus on the season please." 

"Fine." I sighed. "Love you."

"Love you too." She hung up.

"There she is!" Laura said. "Congratulations."

"Thank you." She hugged me. "How are the little ones?"

"They're good."

Your POV:

I passed the ball to Steph and she passed it back to me. I took the shot. 

"Nice." Danny slapped my back. 

"There we go." Coach yelled from the bench.

*final preseason game*

"Y/N come over here." Coach said. I walked over to him. "You've done really well with this team." He said. "I don't know how you'll fit in though."

"So?"

"Keep playing like you've been." He said. "Show us what you can offer." He patted me on the back.

Hope's POV:

We had a good preseason. The rookies fit in nicely with the team. 

"How's the babies?" Kim asked.

"They're doing good." I said. "Elliot gave us quite the scare but he's fine now."

"Do you have any pictures?" Carson asked. 

"I have a few. Kelley sent some this morning." I stood up. 

"They're so cute." She said. 

"How's Y/N doing?"

"Same as we all are. It's preseason."

Your POV:

I feel on the field after the final game. "I'm never running again." I tried to catch my breath.

"Same." Steph sat next to me.

"You've been doing this for years shut up." I pushed her.

"Y/N!" Danny crawled over to me. "I'm invited to the wedding right?"

"Yeah."

"Ok good. I'll die from exhaustion AFTER you marry one of my best friends." She laid on the field.

We went to the locker room and then left. I was staying with Steph for the time I was here. 

Kelley texted me. It was pictures of Maya and Elliot. I texted back cute.

What if Chicago let me go? What do I do?
