*flashback to I Choose..."
Your POV:
I walked back to my hotel. I just told Morgan I loved her. Yes. I pick Morgan.
Don't get me wrong, Lea is a great girl but I don't see us lasting as long as she does. I went back to my room, all smiles.
Crystal was sitting up on her bed. "There you are. I woke up to pee and you were gone I got worried."
"I went to tell"
"Morgan yeah I know." She said laughing.
"What?"
"Morgan texted me."
"What's it say?"
"It says "Oh my god Y/N just came to my room and told me she loved me. I was so worried she'd go with Lea." with a bunch of emojis after." Crystal read.
I smiled.
"What about Lea?"
"I'll talk to her in the morning. I wanna sleep." I said.
Hope's POV:
I walked towards Y/N's room to get her and Crystal for breakfast. Crystal came out. "Is Y/N up?"
"No she was up all night. Didn't finally fall asleep till about 5:30." She shook her head. "Let the poor girl sleep Hope. Missing breakfast this once won't kill her." She patted my arm and headed down.
I nodded and walked down too. Morgan was all smiles as she talked to Kling.
"What's that about?" I asked Carli.
"Who knows." Carli said.
"You're great, captain."
She looked at me. "Marriage and parenthood made you soft, Solo." She ate more of her food.
"When you have kids you'll feel the same way." I said drinking my coffee.
She scoffed. "Kids are for retirement. Championships are now."
I stared at her. We both sat there silent. "Hope." Morgan walked over. "Can we talk?"
I continued to stare at Carli. "Yeah Moe." I got up and we walked away from the team.
"So Y/N came to my room last night. And I'm pretty sure she picked me." She said. "She told me she loved me and asked me out. I love her Hope. You know the truth of everything."
"What are you asking Moe?"
"I'm asking you if I have your blessing to date your daughter. Again." She said.
"Do you honestly love her Morgan?"
"More than anything."
I looked at her. "Morgan. You have my blessing to date Y/N. Again." I laughed.
She sighed in relief. "Thank you."
"For what?"
"For adopting my soul mate." She smiled.
"Aw little Moe. You've grown up so much. I remember when you got knocked on your ass in Canada." I said. "You take care of my girl got it?"
"Yes ma'am."
Your POV:
I woke up and looked around my room. Crystal was gone. Looking at the clock I realized it was lunch time. I sighed and got out of bed and got dressed.
I made my way down to be with the team. I had texts from Phoenix about a show in LA in a few days to kick off our first tour.
I smiled and responded and felt a body crash into mine. "Oh shit." I said. I looked up and saw Lea. "I'm sorry." I said.
"Don't be. We were both looking at our phones." She smiled. "Where you heading?"
"To the team. I slept in." I said.
"Everything ok?"
"Yeah just didn't sleep last night."
She nodded. "It's good you got to sleep in then."
We stood there in silence. "So I've been doing a lot of thinking." I started. "I love you Lea." Her face lit up. "But not like I love Morgan." I trailed off. Her smile faded. "I'm so happy I met you, but I don't see the same type of future you see."
She looked down. "Then this is bye."
"As a couple. I'd love to stay friends though. Let's be real here, Aiden and I are like this." I said holding up my crossed fingers.
She smiled. "You two are besties." She said. "I'll see you around Solo." She winked and walked back to her room.
I walked down to the team and sat with Hope and Kelley.
"Are you happy?" Hope asked.
"Yeah."
"Then I am too."
