Today is monday. A Tourist Festival will be held tomorrow and will last for 2 days. And we still have a lot of preparing to do so. I'll be seeing my boyfriend Dominic, after being without him for 3 months. We met by the seashore as well. When he went here during the Tourist Festival and bumped into me.

I was inside our house watching some Tom and Jerry when my big brother, Mark called me. I wonder what this doofus needs now.

"Hey, Jamie! Where are you? Do you mind helping me here a little bit?" Great. Now he wants MY help. "I thought "Mark the Great" doesn't need any help? Could you please hurry this up? I'm watching my favorite show, Mark." Yes, Tom and Jerry is my favorite show. even though I'm already eighteen.

"Could you help me carry these pails from here to there?" He said while wiping his sweat and pointing towards the tree near the house of Ms. Peterson. (She can be a royal pain in the neck.)

I lifted one pail up. Gosh. What's in these pails? Rocks from the forest waiting to be melted and made into a mini statue of liberty and be sold in the streets of Israel?

"Hey big brother, what's in these? Why so heavy?" I said while carrying one pail towards the tree and pouting my lips. "Fishes, Jamie. Fishes. F-I-S-H-E--" "I get! Now stop spelling it." I bulged in before he could even finish spelling.

And by the way, I'm Nina Andrews. I'm just a simple girl. I live by the sea. So basically, I grew up with the fishes and aquatic species which I don't tend to know and won't bother to know. My dad and big brother wroks as a fisherman. (Isn't it obvious?) My mom works at the local market. Yep, we're living a simple life by the seashore.

While I was busy carrying these pails, my brother was resting under the tree. Talk about being a good gentleman.

"Hey! While I'm busy carrying these pails of yours, you're sitting there, doing nothing?!" Rage filled my eyes and I'm so pissed right now.

"Hey, watch your tongue Jamie. Remeber that I caught them myself. So I'm just gonna sit here and--" "I'm done. So no more sitting. You go head to the market now. Imma watch myself some Tom and Jerry."

"Thanks, Jamie. Bye."

Talk about good parenting. Damn I'm starving.

The day of the Tourist Festival is here. I got up on my bed, stretched my feet and arms, and headed towards the bathroom to brush my teeth. I saw my mom and dad on the dining table eating breakfast and I greeted them pleasantly. "Good Morning, everyone!" I said as I stretched.

"Hello, little sissy. You go take a bath already so we could hit the park."

The park--I mean mini park is located near our own house. So whenever tourist come to the sea to swim, get tanned, pick some seashells, or just have a little stroll, they always pass by our house.

"Ahtah I brah mah tith big bwathah." I said while brushing my teeth. I doubt he even got that.

"What? I can't understand a thing Jamie. Finish brushing your teeth first. I told you that many times!" Well, being bossy at 7 o'clock in the morning isn't gonna work. Told you he didn't understand a thing.

"Oh dear. *pouts* I'm done now. I said, After I brush my teeth. I can't believe you didn't understand what I was saying. Sigh." I said while bowing down, making my hands all floppy, and lowering my voice. "Okay fine. I'll be waiting for you here, little sissy." He said.

While we were walking around the park, I was glancing left and right and saw many tourist swarm in our place. Koreans, Americans, Filipinos, and even Europeans.
