What Am I To You

Chapter 4

As soon as I entered my room I grabbed my phone from my pocket. Luckily my parents didn't see me and Taehyung outside so they didn't ask any questions and just welcomed me home. I called Eunsol but she didn't pick up. Why isn't she picking up, I really need to talk to her and tell her all about my 'date' with Taehyung. My heart wouldn't stop beating and fluttering so I sat down on my bed to calm myself down. I am sure she will call me back soon. It's only 18:30 so she's probably showering. 

But was that whisper and hug at the end. Agh my cheeks must have been bright red but luckily it was dark. I touched my still flushed cheeks and began squealing. Aish I think I am falling for him and I buried my face in my pillow. I never knew Kim Taehyung could be so nice and sweet. I guess he isn't a total douche, he even said he wants to do something with me again. But what will I do if he really likes me and we really start dating. Yah Kang Yoona what are you thinking, it was only one time that you went to a café together. It doesn't mean anything but part of me didn't want to believe this. 

Just as I was about start daydreaming again my phone began to ring. 

"Hello Eunsol!"

"YAH YOONA TELL ME ALL ABOUT IT!" She screamed from the other end. I'm probably going to need hearing aids when I am older after this conversation.

I told Eunsol all about our date. I want to believe that it was a real date so I am going to call it a real date from now on. She listened whilst I told her all about our walk to the café and how we had talked the whole time and how Taehyung had carried my bag for me on the way home. The whole time I could hear squealing and giggling from the other end and I have to admit that I myself was still a bit dazed from the whole experience. When I got to the part where Taehyung had pulled me in and whispered those words into my ear Eunsol started screaming.

"OMG, I KNEW IT I KNEW IT. I TOLD YOU HE HAD A THING FOR YOU YOONA. OMG THAT'S SO CUTE HE SAID HE WANTS TO DO SOMETHING WITH YOU AGAIN. HE DEFINITELY LIKES YOU, I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU YOONA!" She screamed and I held the phone at least a meter away from my ear.

"My whole neighbourhood probably just heard you right now but thanks!" I said back and then I admitted to her what I didn't want to admit to myself. "Eunsol" I whined "I think I might be falling for him."

"SEE I TOLD YOU HE WOULD TURN OUT TO BE A NICE GUY. I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU YOONA YOU FINALLY LIKE A GUY AND HE LIKES YOU BACK!" Yup I am definitely going to need hearing aids and all I could do was laugh.

After ending my very very long conversation with Eunsol and after admitting to myself that I like Kim Taehyung I was able to calm down. I took a shower, air dried my hair and went downstairs to have dinner with my family. I was smiling throughout the whole dinner so I think my parents know that something is up. Luckily I also have very tactful parents so they didn't ask me any questions but instead talked to my sister about how her day had been. 

I went straight to bed after finishing my homework. Usually I would practice my song form SM Entertainment a couple of times but tonight my head was full of Kim Taehyung. I lied down on my bead, stared at the dark ceiling and just like Eunsol said I became a happy but 'blank Yoona'.
