EMILY POV

It was May 20th and there a week before Johnny and I really became parents,techinically unless she came early but I didn't know. Johnny and I plus the gang and Cherry were ready for the call of our kid at any second. Everyone was ready to drop everything for it. I loved it being like that but why wouldn't it be? The event was hugely important. Johnny walked into my room that morning and said," You ready Babes?" I nodded and replied " Ready as I'll ever be,Johnnycakes. We need to figure out the name,too." Johnny sat down next to me and wrapped his arm around me and I laughed. " So what name do you wanna do?" I asked Johnny patients and he looked like he was thinking. " I was thinking Piper Elizabeth Cade." Said Johnny and I nodded fastly. Cherry and Dallas walked in and said, "Hey guys you ready?" The two of us nodded and I replied, " Yes are you two?" Counteracting. Dallas gave me a look and said, " I can't believe Cherry and I are gonna be an aunt and uncle to her." Cherry smiled at Dallas and he put his arm around Cherry. After the two of them finish talking they leave the room. Johnny and I exchange glances in the silence and laugh. He pats my stomach and says, " I love you so much,Babes." I love you too Johnnycakes more than anything." I told him and we pulled each other into a kiss. We were supposed to go to the second day performance for Cherry,Marcia and Arizona. We got ready for the show and headed to the show with Dallas in my beat up old truck. We get to the show and sit down with Dallas. Johnny says, " If you feel it coming, just tell me." Whispering into my ear and I nodded. The show beta again for the second day. Cherry,Marcia and Arizona were just as good. Pony boy showed up in the middle of the show because of a track meet but Ari knew he would be there in the show ended. Dallas,Pony,Johnny and I went to see the three awesome girls after their performance. We were talking to them and I told Johnny, " It's coming,Johnnycakes she's coming." Johnny stared at me and told the others we had to said they would come to the hospital as soon as I could. Johnny took me to the car and helped me into the Passenger seat and he drove to the hospital. We got to the hospital and Johnny checked me in and the hospital took care of me, Johnny obviously never left my side.

She came at 3:47 on May 20th. Johnny and I looked at her and she was beautiful. The two of us loved her instantly. " Welcome to the world,Piper. The rest of the greasers will be here soon." I whispered so only Johnny and Piper could hear me. The doctors took care of her and then they let me hold her as I laid in my hospital bed. Johnny said she was really cute like her mom and I smiled at his comment. Johnny asked to hold her and he held her until the doctor suggested we let her sleep. We let her sleep and Johnny sat with me.

Two hours passed and the gang and Cherry and Marcia entered the room. Piper was just waking up and Johnny passed to me. " Hey guys!" I told the gang. Dallas and Cherry walked over to Johnny and said " Shes beautiful sis." Dallas told me and Cherry agreed. " Wanna hold her,Dallas and Cherry?" I asked them cradling Piper. " Yes." Said Cherry who seemed to love babies. Dallas and Cherry took turns holding Piper and Arizona said, " What's her full name Emily?" " Her name is Piper Elizabeth Cade." I told Arizona and Pony hugged her. Arizona and Ponyboy wanted to hold her next so Dallas and Cherry passed her off to them. " Emily she's looks like you." Said Arizona examining the dark haired little girl with brown eyes. I nodded and Johnny agreed. The gang went around and held Piper until visiting hours were over. Everyone left but Johnny who was of course allowed to stay.
