Finally, Johnny and I were able to take Piper back home. Johnny made sure all of our junk was packed. Johnny wheeled me out of the hospital and had Piper in her car seat. Johnny got Piper set up in the back seat as she was asleep. I sat with Johnny up front. He drove us back to my home where all the greasers were waiting for us to get home. Johnny pulled my truck into the driveway next to my brothers car. I grabbed Piper out of her car seat and Johnny helped us into my house. It was all silence and I wondered what was up. Then out of nowhere; Marcia,Cherry,Dallas,Soda,Steve,Evie,Chevy,Arizona,Pony, Kayla,Two Bit all jumped out and yelled, " Welcome home guys!" Johnny and I smiled and Piper slept in my arms. Dallas and Cherry walked over to Johnny,Piper and I. " Thanks guys!" Johnny and I told them I in unison." Welcome home little sis,Johnny and Piper!" Dallas said with his arm around Cherry. Steve and Evie walked over and Evie holding her four month old Victoria. I thanked them and so did Johnny, all the greasers pretty much surrounded us as we sat on the couch. They all had presents for Piper. Dallas and Cherry insisted on giving theirs first and they passed us a wrapped up pink box. Johnny and I opened it and saw a little girls pink leather jacket for Piper. Johnny and I smiled and looked at Cherry and Dallas. I thanked the two of them and Dallas replied, " She's a future greaser like her family was." I smiled with tears in my eyes. I loved the greasers so much. They were our world. Piper,Johnny and the greasers. Next Arizona and Ponyboy said their present was next. Johnny opened this one and I looked at in awe. It was framed picture of the greasers, a song the two of them wrote for Piper and an exclusive first edition copy of Gone With The Wind. Arizona and Pony came over to us and I grabbed the two of them and pulled them into a hug after I passed Piper to Johnny. "Thanks you two!" I told them and they smiled." Can't wait till we do this for you guys in the future." I told them laughing. They smiled again at me and nodded." Ari your the best friend I have ever had." I told her pulling her away from everyone and then we hugged as family and best friends uniting. Next Steve and Evies gift which was a book on identifying cars and heart necklace. I hugged the two of them and they were happy. Soda and Chevy passed us our gift which was a charm bracelet that represented the greasers. I looked at it and smiled at them. The charms of the bracelet were a puppy be cause Johnny was a lost puppy until her found me and he's the gangs pet. Dallas was a switchblade because of his last experiences and he was tough. I laughed at that one. Cherry was a red rose because she had red hair and she was was a can of because of her love for them and her nickname. Ponyboy was a pony because obviously his name. Steve was a wrench and Soda was a car. Two Bit was a beer bottle. Evie was a heart and Kayla was a fist. Marcia was a music note and I was a charm that said trouble. Chevy was tulip. The bracelet was so perfect and they had a box with a charm for Piper which was a leather jacket charm. Johnny and I opened the rest of the gifts and Piper went to sleep. We all ate cake and had fun,too.
