I woke up hearing a phone ring. It wasnt mine. I looked around and eventually saw her clothes. I checked her purse and sure enough it was her phone. I know i shouldnt of answered but for some reason i did anyway.

Waoh Woah Woah Id never hurt her. She was in two races last night and the second one the competetor didnt play fair so she got hurt and me and my friends brought her to the hospital. Shes goint to be fine but....

Shes in a coma. The doctor said its nothing serious but she should come back soon

I set the phone down and walk back to leiah. I dont like seeing her like this. In pain. I wish it never happened. I wish i never went to that stupid race. This is all my fault.

Matt pov

I walked into the hospital and headed straight to leiahs room. When i got there i saw two women and damon. When the older woman saw me she came up to me.

??!!: Are you one of the boys that brought my daughter here?

Matt: Yes i am. Your her mother?

??!!: Yes i am and the girl over there is her sister shanaya

Matt: Well its nice to meet you Mrs. Mitchell

??!!: Please call me Gen.

She walked back over to the bed laid her head down and started to pray. 

2 months later

The doctor said she should of woke up by now. Her mother sister ian and damon stay the night every night. Everyone comes in every day to see her and doesn't go till the nurse tells us visiting hours are over. None of us have been racing. For some reason leiah felt like family and i knew all the boys felt the same way EXCEPT Damon. Every since that first race Damon and Leiah seem to click. I like seeing them together. She bring him into the light at least when i saw the crash he was seriously quick to go to Leiah. I think shes good for him. I really think she is. We've been sitting here praying she wakes soon. Its killing all of us inside to see her this way. Her friends Sunny Danny and Ren come in every other day because they have to work. They seem like good friends to have.  We've all bonded over these few months. We are all hoping she wakes soon. Ian finally suggested we eat lunch. Everyone left but Damon. He said he wasn't hungry. Hell eat supper but barely anything. I think he blames himself but it ain't his fault it millis i want to stop him but i cant do it alone. I need a plan. Milli has showed up here at the end of each month shes been a patient in this hospital. He brings flowers. Says his goodbyes and leaves. I have a feeling somethings up. I can only hope when she wakes she trusts us enough to tell us the whole story.

Damon Pov

Its been months. She still hasn't waken. I'm so worried about her. I cant eat. I cant drink. I can barely sleep. I want her to be okay but something is holding her back. I stay here every night. I never sleep. i always whisper to her at night. Everyone but me went to get lunch. I couldn't leave her. Milli always shows up acting like he cares but he doesn't. I can tell the rest of the boys want him dead. Leiah's mother and sister are clueless to who he really is. Everyone gone so i decide to talk to her instead of whisper. 

"Leiah, You need to wake up. I know you may not want to. I know somethings holding you back. I know you can hear me. I talked to Jacob. What he did was awful. Id never do that to you. I promise. I know that Milli wants you to race. Hes been here and it pisses me and the boys off. Sunny Danny And Ren have been here. Your mom and sister to. Jacob said that he isn't going to come. Hes going out of town forever. I'm so sorry this happened to you. If i didn't bring you to that stupid race you wouldn't be in this position. I wish you would just wake up. You know even in this position your the most beautiful girl i've ever seen. Your a badass racer. You take it seriously. You don't back down, Even if it is dangerous. I really like you. I looked up at her. She definitely was moving. I stared at her for 2 minutes and she......She woke up. She looked around smiled then looked at me. Everyone was so surprised. All that came out of her mouth was
