Be Nice

Be nice to people.

You may not realize it, but everything you say has an impact on someone's life. One word could change someone's life and the way they think of themselves. You call someone fat, they might develop an eating disorder. Or maybe they already have one and what you're saying doesn't help them one bit. Even if you tell them that because you want to help and motivate them to stay in shape, no matter the intentions, it doesn't help to say someone's fat, ugly, stupid, or anything that could be taken as a direct or indirect insult. Good or bad intentions, just be nice to each other. I know there's a lot of hate and bullies in life, whether it's online or in real life. But you don't have to be that bully who puts people down. And you don't have to listen to those bullies either. Ignore them and help the people who fell victim to their unnecessary remarks. Being mean has no positive side, no reward. But being nice, asking someone how their day was, telling someone they look pretty. That makes friends, people don't hate you, and you can make someone's day with that one comment. And it's so simple and easy to be nice! So please, whoever you meet (even if their the meanest douche that could ever douche) be nice. And don't EVER call someone fat, dumb, ugly, stupid, or ANYTHING like that. Because you don't know their life, and it's only worse if they're a friend or family. Because even if they can ignore the random people who insult them and call them names, the moment any of those words come out of someone they know and trust, they take those words to heart. And that can just ruin their life. So be nice. Please. The community can use some more nice people. And take these words to heart.

Every word you say has an impact on someone's life. Use that power for good, and be nice.
