Today is the day. Today is the one day that i get to see all of my friends and peers cross the stage and begin new careers. Today was different i felt different than usual. I was happy for everyone and happy that im beginning a whole new life. Im sad because i wont see certain people for a while i wont see my friends, well besides perrie and noah. I was sitting in my room deciding what to wear for the graduation. A little afterwards the group decided to go to the beach for the last time and relive old memories. So i packed a swimsuit and my dress.
i decided on the basic white dress that had blue little flowers around it. It was cute and simple, i mean you cant see it anyways cause of my gown. I laid all of the items on my bed before grabbing my towel and hoping in the shower. It felt weird being home. I mean i haven't been in a while. I washed up and then just sat in the water for as long as i could.
I finally got out and wrapped a towel around me. My hair was so tangled, i had bags under my eyes and my nose felt stuffed. I pushed my thought to the side and just fixed myself up. Time goes by and i finally finished getting dressed. I was wearing heels which was weird for me, and these cute earrings. (PIC BELOW)

My outfit was simple. Just as i was spraying perfume a knock was heard at my door. "Come in" I yelled doing minor details to my hair. I looked to see my dad peeking through my door. "Hey, you look beautiful" He says walking in. "Thanks.." i said in a dull tone. I haven't spoke to my parents much. It was small talk like hi and bye, yes and no. Today was a thanks.
"Big day today" He said trying to rile me up. I just looked at him from my mirror and continued on. "Ari im trying here. Are you still mad about what happened at the diner?"
"No."
The room was quiet before he sat on my bed and patted down for me to follow. I hesitantly walked and sat down as he let out a breath.
"Im sorry, ive came to the conclusion that its your life. You're a grown woman who can make her own decisions. As your father i will respect your relationship with niall.."
Niall, of course.
"Dad i appreciate it but, we um broke up" I mumbled. I didn't want to tell him in the first place but i wasn't gonna live a lie.
He made a surprised face before saying a long oohh. "Yeah things didnt work out, you can say i told you so anytime now" I said fiddling with my dress. I felt my eyes getting watery at the second. Some tears fell as he pulled me into him for a hug. "Im not going to tell you that."
"You might as well, i should have just listened and left him"
"No, ari mistakes happen and things happen. Maybe it wasn't meant to be like you thought and thats okay."
"maybe" i said sniffing.
"whats not okay is you ruining your makeup that you insist on wearing. Stop crying grab your cap and gown and lets get you to your graduation" He says flashing his smile.
