Chapter 42: Uh Oh

STELLA'S P.O.V

I walked out of the restroom a few minutes after Hailey had gone out. I was still confused as to what kind of things she was referring to. But it clearly gave me the idea to be careful. Whatever she's thinking about, I hope she'll tell us sooner.

I walked back towards our table, where Bella was already sitting next to Lilliane. They were all happily talking, even Hailey who was smiling. Except she wasn't really smiling. She was giving them a fake smile and they don't even notice. I took a seat next to Hailey. She turned to look at me before talking with the others again.

The bell rang indicating that a new customer has entered. I looked by the door and accidentally caught the eyes of another pair of orbs.

"Himchan!" Bella unconsciously squealed as she stood up from her seat and ran towards Himchan and the others. She was supposed to put her arms around Himchan's neck but he avoided her.

I tore my gaze away from them and looked back at Youngjae. He was still looking at me as if he never looked away. Then he gave me a small smile.

I looked away and blushed. I can't believe I'm blushing because of him.

"So, what are you girls doing here?" Himchan asked as he walked towards our table. With the others walking behind him.

"We were about to ask you the same oppa." Lilliane said.

"Well, Youngjae thought we could have some ice cream and we all went here. It's strange that you're all here too." Yongguk said.

By the corner of my eyes I saw Daehyun look at Youngjae, in a weird way.

The B.A.P boys took a seat by the other table beside ours. We were all talking so loud that the staff of the ice cream shop placed their table closer to ours, which meant that I was sitting right next to Himchan.

He insisted to sit right beside me and I had no choice but to let him. Besides, it was rude not to let him sit. And there weren't any vacant seats anymore.

Although it suddenly crossed my mind. I'm still torn between him and Youngjae. What should I do in a situation like this? I can't just chose someome because I know the other would be hurt. If I chose Youngjae then Himchan would be hurt. And Youngjae would also be hurt if I chose Hinchan over him. What should I do?

"I didn't know that you liked Strawberry flavored ice cream." Himchan said as he leaned forward.

"Surprise. Surprise." I said as I smiled awkwardly at him. As I think about it, he barely knows me, yet he told me he loves me. Isn't that stupid of him? To confess his feelings for someome he barely knew.

"I'll keep that in mind just in case you want some ice cream." He said then winked at me. What was he trying to do? This isn't helping with the awkward situation, he's making this even more awkward.

By the corner of my eyes I felt someone looking at me. I looked and saw Bella. I caught a glimpse of her shooting daggers at me then quickly looking away.

She's probably jealous. I bet she even saw Himchan winking at me. Even if she keeps saying she's moved on, it's pretty much a lie. I can clearly see that she still has feelings for him.

"Stella?" I heard Himchan say. He was just beside me and he calls to me as if he was lost. What will I do to him?

"Yeah?"

"Is strawberry the only flavor you like?"

"Yes, pretty much."

"What about me?"
