Chapter 12 Biana's POV

Sophie may not know, but I do know who it is. I know who she'll must likely be spending the rest of her life with. The answer will always be Keefe. I know for a fact the only reason she may have started liking my brother again was out of guilt. She felt bad because she didn't like him back in the way he wanted her to like him. I also know that she said yes to Keefe, which means she'll have to tell my brother no.

It's going to be an interesting few days.

"Hey Fitz!" I chirp cheerfully, grabbing a blitzberry muffin.

"Biana," He nods.

"Who woke up on the wrong side of the bed again?" I ask teasingly.

"Can you believe Sophie picked Keefe over me?" He asks.

"Um, kinda. You've been awful company for a while. You're so grumpy all the time, and it's not like they're going to marry each other!" I roll my eyes at my brother's stupidity.

"Whatever," He grumbles grabbing his bag and heading out the door.

I pull out the small silver cube, "Keefe," I mumble.

"Biana? It's like, 7:30 in the morning! No one should be up willingly at this hour!" Keefe smirks.

"Look out for Fitz, Mount Vesuvius is going to blow!" I shout.

"Mount Whativius?" Keefe asks.

"Some volcano, ask Sophie! Bye!" I yell, ending the call.

I skip to school, hopefully today will be a good day.

No! Nope! Today is an awful day. Can I please travel back in time? Please! First of all Fitz had a temper tantrum, and embarrassed the living daylights out of our whole friend group. Also, he almost murdered Keefe! Then Stina spilled her whole tray of food on me, by the way, that was definitely on purpose. Both Dex and Tam flipped out and started calling Stina names I shall not repeat, and then practically the whole male population asked me to the dance that day! Could it get any worse?

Yes, yes it could. Dex and Tam asked me to the dance. Did I mention they both did it at the exact same time? If I pick Dex, Tam might murder him, but if I pick Tam, Dex might pulverize him with gadgets! I could say yes to both of them, but that would get messy. Sophie!

"Biana, why not go by yourself? Maybe they'll ask you to dance and it'll all work out. That way you don't have to deal with any jealous boys!" Sophie smiles.

"How many asked you today?" I ask with a smile.

"Um, five in between each session! Why oh why do boys have to like me?" Sophie grumbles.

"Well you are the most powerful elf in the universe and you just might be famous, so maybe they wanted to be in a biography?" I tease.

"Shut up!" Sophie laughs.

"So, you know what dress you're going to wear?" I ask excitedly.

"Yeah, I picked it out with Edaline just the other day!" Sophie grins.

"Are you excited about a dress!" I gasp.

Sophie laughs at my expression.

"We must savor this moment! I want to see!" I practically scream through the imparter.

"You'll just have to wait like everybody else!"

"No! I said I'd make a girl out of you, and today's the day! I must see it!" I scream.

"Nope!" Sophie smirks.

"My precious!" I scream, "I must see the dress!"

"Bye Biana," Sophie laughs.

"NO!" I scream. Fitz and Alvar charge into my room.

"Are you okay?" They both ask out of breath.

"Yeah, just talking to Sophie," I smile about how protective my brothers are.

"What did we say about screaming in the house?" Alvar asks.

"You can't unless it's an emergency, in this case it was. Sophie was excited," I pause for emphasis, "about a dress!"

They both roll their eyes.

"Don't judge me! Now when's the wedding Alvar?" I ask.

"Next month, I promise!" He laughs.

"No, this is a serious matter, you said that five months ago!" I scold.

"I promise! You can even ask the soon to be wife!" Alvar says as they both leave.

My brother's getting married. Squeal! Please help me decide between Tam and Dex, I really need your help!
