*Adam's POV*
Head in my hands, I was sitting on my bed. The room looked empty, and it felt weird. I missed Dawn so much, I truly did love her. But...I did cheat on her. Why wouldn't she just let me talk to her? Then I answered that question, muttering to myself,
"Because you broke her heart Adam, you stupid fool!"
I got up, and stared into the vanity mirror, and all I saw was complete anger. My face got redder and redder as my body boiled with molten hot fury. I loved Dawn, and I missed her. But ever since the break-up, she deleted her channel and other social media, and we haven't talked since. My recruits are wondering where she went, but I did tweet about the break-up. Even the team are worried, she has been in no contact for days. Hell, I want to see my kids too!
Then again, I remembered it was MY fault all of this happened. I wanted to go there, to make things right. But my body wouldn't move, and I didn't want anything to backfire. My emotions were being angry at myself, depressed because I missed the love of my life and my beautiful daughters, and feeling bad for my recruits who did care for her and enjoyed her.
There sat the car keys, and I really couldn't decide whether I should go see Dawn. Finally, I had enough courage, and picked up the car keys. It was time for me to act, to want to live with a lovely girlfriend, and my girls.
-At Dawn's house-
Before stepping out of the car, I whispered to myself,
"You can do this Adam."
Then I stepped out, slammed the door, and hustled up to the doorstep. I gulped once...and then knocked on the door.
"COMING!" I heard Dawn's voice, and my heart beat even faster.
The door opened, and there stood Dawn...like a stone. Her jaw was gaped open, eyes wide. Then she whispered,
"Why are YOU here?"
I heaved a sigh and looked around, and said,
"Let me come in."
Surprisingly, she did, and that's when I made things right.
