It was the next day on Christmas break and Draco was supposed to be at the Lockwood's any moment. Ava had been waiting all morning for Draco, eager to see her boyfriend. Since they started dating, they hadn't gone more than 18 hours without seeing each other, even if it only was a few minutes.

Her mum had finally gotten annoyed with her daughter trying to discretely wait by the door, so she finally pulled Ava away from the door, telling her to help her in the kitchen for the time being.

As they were walking to the kitchen, away from the front door, the doorbell rang.

"You've got to be kidding me," her mom mumbled.

"He's here,' Ava said, taking off towards the front door.

When she opened the door, there stood the blond haired-grey eyed boy. "Hello there, love," said to her. He leaned forward, pulling her into a long, slow kiss. When they broke away, Ava wrapped her arms around him pulling him into a hug.

"I missed you," Ava said in his ear.

"It's only been 22 hours love," chuckled Draco.

"22 hours too long," she said in reply.

He kissed her cheek and they heard a cough behind them. Ava turned around and Draco shoved his hands deep into his pockets. They found her father, Jacob standing behind them, arms crossed. "Good day Draco. Why don't you two come on in?"

Draco went to reach for his bags but Jacob interrupted him. "No, no, Draco, let me take them for you."

"Are you sure Mr. Lockwood?"

Jacob nodded, reaching down to his bag and then waiting for Ava and Draco to walk through the front door first. Ava grabbed Draco's hand and walked through the door. When they got to the main area of the house, Ava's mum saw them as she was cooking, paused, and walked over to them.

Taking both Ava and Draco by surprise, she pulled Draco into a hug and said, "Nice to see you Draco."

"Oh! Nice to see you too, Mrs. Lockwood." Then they broke the hug.

"Angela, Draco, call me Angela."

"Sorry Mrs. Loc-, Angela."

"Your parents didn't want to come inside and meet us?" Angela asked Draco.

"Oh, um, well, no. They had... something... to do," Draco said, suddenly uncomfortable. He couldn't make eye contact anymore, not even with Ava. His cheeks had turned a slight red.

Ava had noticed Draco's sudden change of demeanor so she said, "Why don't I give Draco a tour of our house?"

Draco looked at Ava with his grey eyes that said 'thank you' in them. "I'd like that." Ava took his hand and she begun the tour.

Starting with the main level was easy, it was fairly open concept. Upon entering the house, you were faced with a mud room that then proceeded into the large kitchen, dining room, living room area. Down a side hallway was where their laundry room and their parent's room. When they got to the second floor, Ava started pointing out all the kid's rooms.

"Down there," Ava pointed down a long hallway," is Cameron and Cody's room. Stay away from there, unless you want to get attacked by something. Across the hall is Justin's room. It's normally empty but him and his girlfriend Emily will be staying here for the holidays. Next to his room is Joey's room. Then across Joey, it's Alicia and Allison's room, definitely stay away from there unless you want a whole new makeover. After that it's Cassidy's room and Maddie's is the last door right there. My parents split the attic in half, so that staircase by Cameron and Cody's room down there goes to Alex's room and then this one right here, goes to yours truly"
