It seemed like a pretty good idea at the time, though Jason came to find out that Piper and Leo's ideas were never good ones. At least with good intentions.

This is how he found himself stuck in the closet with a hyperventilating crush. It could've been better, he figured, but it was also drifting from bad to worse.

He found himself remembering exactly how he found himself in this situation.

It couldn't have been an hour after school when Piper and Leo strode up to the others meeting up from their schools. Instantly Annabeth, Jason, Percy, Hazel, Frank, and Grover found themselves giving each other side long glances with mixed expressions of fear and anticipation in between.

The odd pair finished their jog over and their gasps for air intermingled with their excited ones. Piper spoke first.

"Do you want to come over to my house today?"

The first reaction everyone felt was relief. Thankfully, Leo wasnt showcasing anything flammable today or she was going to show them her impressive singing with her mouth closed skills yet again. Unless the surprise was waiting at the house.

Feeling somewhat trapped, the group turned to Annabeth. Why they did that, Jason would never understand.

It was no secret that Piper and Annabeth were close, really close. So anything having to do with Piper was biased coming from Annabeth. Annabeth had only shrugged her shoulders with a half grin playing at her face.

It took a bit of coaxing to get Frank and Percy to follow, both of them victims to Leo's burning antics. (They were an accident i swear guys!)

Jason mentally high-fived himself when he grabbed Percy's fingers and tugged him forward. The only reaction the black haired boy gave was an eye roll and a sarcastic smile. Frank still looked nonetheless worried. Hazel had already skipped ahead with her old school friends.

The three boys whispered their despairs at what was about to come.

"I bet it's Leo's new robot. Maybe this one has knives. "

"Or a musical candle. New and improved. Remember the last one?"

"Or the water gun...."

"Dude, the water gun was my invention," Percy protested.

"Sorry, all our disasters keep mixing up."

The most worrying thing about the walk was the way Leo kept elbowing Piper and Hazel and whispering in their ears, in turn they whispered to Annabeth. Annabeth's eyes glinted mischievously, and that was almost as bad as her glare. Grover only stared back with fear in his eyes, confirming the boys suspiscion. Whatever it was, it wasnt going to be good. Jason heard Percy wishing he went home and did his homework than be subjected to whatever hell they were about to endure.

Don't get him wrong, they all loved Piper and Leo. But when they got...That look in their eyes, it was almost

The eight of them arrived at the pristine lawn of Piper's house. She made no acknowledgment to their perpetual gawks they made every time. If anything, the sight looked like it made her upset. She merely tossed her shoes onto the stairs and dirt clouded the freshly washed brick stairwell.

They darted inside and basically ran into Piper's room behind her. She acted as if the interior of her house didn't exist except for her room. Blissfully plain in her eyes. A single closet was decorated with dream catcher galore. By the time the rest of the group had made it in, Piper and Leo were already pulling out cards that were clearly home made.
