Chapter 6: Leaving.

The Day After the Argument:

I couldn't sleep all night thinking about leaving today.

Marie was serious . She wants me out today. I hope I can talk to her and tell her it wasn't me.

But who told Sam Marie was cheating on him? And why did Sam tell Marie I told him?

Everything was so confusing.

"I want to you out before I come home from work." Marie says as she heads out the door.

"Wait! Marie please!" I scream and follow her out to her car.

"What do you want?"

" I want you to believe me!" I say almost crying.

"I'm not going to believe you Meredith! " she says and leaves.

Later That Day:

I started to pack and think where I was going to go.

I kept thinking about going to Kian and talking to him.

It shouldn't be so awkward after a couple of weeks. Its not like we were dating.

I head to the beach and try to find Kian. Since he is always there. Maybe Sam too because I need to talk to him.

I look around for a couple of minutes but I see no Kian or Sam or any of the members of O2L.

I see one of my good friends I made like a a week ago and ask him.

"Hey Josh ! Have you seen Kian, Sam, or any member of O2L?"

"Meredith! Yeah I was just with all of them . They headed home to film a video." He says.

"Okay thanks! Talk to you later." I say and head to the house .

When I got to their house I first thought of what to say to Kian and Sam.

I was for sure going to argue with Sam of course he's a little bitch for telling Marie I told him she was cheating on him .

"Hey Mere!" Jc says as he opens the door.

He gives me a tight hug which was not expected.

"Hi Jc. "

"Come in!"

"Thanks . But I kind of came here to talk to Kian." I say.

"Oh . Yeah just let me go get him."

As he goes upstairs to get Kian I wait there thinking.

Maybe I should just go and find an apartment. Then I can go back to Florida then to New York City. Dreams do come true there. Don't they?

I decide to walk away and go home and pack , then leave.

"Meredith ! Wait up!" I hear Kian say.

"Oh hi." I turn around and wave .

"You needed to talk to me?"

"Yeah. Long story."

We go up to his room and I tell him everything that has happened and how Sam bla bla bla.

"Sam? He wouldn't blame someone for something they didn't do."

"Well apparently you don't Sam well enough. " I say.

"Where you gonna go?"

"Back home. Where else?"

"Oh ." He says looking at the ground .

"Well I got to go pack and find somewhere to live then go back to Florida." I sigh.

"So this is a goodbye ?" He asks scratching the back of his neck.

"Yeah.."

He walks me to the door and from there I walk away.

"Wait up Meredith!" Kian says running to me.

I turn around trying to not show my happiness.

"Yeah?" I ask.

He comes closer and leans in for a kiss. I kiss back . Of course. Okay, first I was so confused if I like Kian or Jc but thanks to the kiss, I know who.

"I really like you." He says.

" I do too." I smile big.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks.

"Yes!" I say and he kisses me again.
