Chapter 22: Surprise At The Park

I made my Youtube account 1 week ago and I really want to start making videos.

Maybe some funny ones, beauty, fashion, and stuff like that.

"Mom? Do you know if my aunt still has her camera?" I ask my mom.

"Yeah she does actually. Why?"

"I think I want to make a Youtube videos."

She stares at me for while then smiles.

"You can go to her house and ask if you can use it."

"Okay I'll be back in a jiffy." I say.

I get my mom's car keys and drive to my aunt's house.

"Oh hi Mere!" She says as I open the door.

"Hi!"

"Come on in."

"No thanks. I just came real fast to ask you if you still have that camera you don't use." I say.

"Oh of course! I'll be back with it."

She closes the door a little and goes find her camera.

She asked if I wanted it a couple of years ago but I really didn't want it.

"Here you go." She gives me the box.

I read the box ad it says Canon EOS Rebel T3i.

"What?! A Canon?" I ask and give her a hug.

She laughs and hugs me back.

"I really don't need it so I wanted to give you it but you never wanted it."

"If I knew it was a Canon I would've definitely accepted it!"

We both laugh.

"Thanks!" I say.

"No problem."

I drive home excited to film with a really nice camera.

When I get home I go up to my room and stack some books so the camera won't be so low.

The books are good for now since I don't have a stand.

I begin to record and say hi.

"I have nothing to talk about." I say to myself.

Kian's POV:

Marie and I are landing in Florida in any minute.

We got to the airport about an hour early just in case.

Marie and I thought it would be a good idea to surprise her at the park with some roses.

I really want to have Meredith in my arms and her hand in mine again.

I've never had this much feelings for a girl .

Meredith's POV:

I've been sitting here in my room for like an hour now an I can't record at least an intro.

"Hey Meredith. There's a surprise waiting for you at the park." My mom says knocking on my door.

I get up and open it.

"A surprise?"

I look at her confused.

"Yeah. You'll love it."

I get my phone and walk to the park that's just around the corner.

When I get there I don't see anything.

I sit on the bench and text my mom.

"Hey mom I'm at the park but I don't see anything." -Meredith.

"It'll be there any minute just wait for a while."-Mom.

It's been like 10 minutes since I've been waiting here.

I get on my phone and get on Instagram.

I look up and see Marie with a camera filming me.

"Marie?!"

I get up to hug her but two hands cover my eyes.

They feel familiar.

I pull them of gently and turn around.

It's Kian!
