Chapter 12: Done

"Babe wake up Deena is here." Kian says waking me up.

"Who?"

"Deena."

I get up and walk downstairs, Kian following me.

"Hi.." Deena says.

I don't say anything.

"I heard you wanted me to tell Marie the truth."

"Yeah. I was going to tell you soon. I just went to her house yesterday." I say.

"Ohh. Well maybe we can go today?"

"Yeah just let me get ready."

I go upstairs Kian following me again.

"Did you tell her?" I whisper turning around to him .

"Yeah. I guess I wanted you and Marie to be friends again." He laughs a little.

After I get dressed we go to Marie's house, Kian walking us there.

"I'll call you when Im gonna go.I say and kiss him.

"Hi." Marie says opening the door.

"This is Deena."

"The bitch that ruined everything ." She says and slaps her.

"Marie! Stop! We didn't come to fight!"

Deena pulls her to the ground and gets on top of her pulling her hair.

I try to pull her off but she's too strong.

"Deena!" I scream but they ignore me.

People walking by start to stare.

I grab Deena's arms not letting her punch Marie.

"Let go of me !" She screams.

"No! Get the fuck off!"

She looks at Marie, who's face has like three bruises and blood all over, and back at me.

Deena also has bruises and scratches.

She gets off and wipes off the dirt from her clothes.

Marie gets up and goes in her house slamming the door behind her.

"I'm done! " I say and start walking away.

"Wait! Does this mean were still friends?" Deena says.

"Friends? Are you serious? "

She stays quiet.

"I'm still not Marie's friend and I stopped being friends with you the minute you told me everything." I say and walk away.

"There's something I need to tell you."

"What is it?! Tell me !" I scream.

Deena is always saying that when I'm about to leave and I was getting tired of it.

"I think Kian should tell you."

Kian had something to do with this?

I ran home angry and scared about what Kian and Deena did.

"Kian!" I scream as soon as I get home.

"Yeah? What's wrong? I thought you were going to call me?"

He looks at me confused.

"Don't act like you don't know!"

"What's the secret you and Deena are hiding from me?"
