Me, kim, Jade and Josh are currently heading to the cafeteria for lunch.

I explained to them what happened during my date with Brian and the girls couldn't stop gushing, while Josh just stood there not giving a shit looking bored out of his mind.

"Ohmygosh Trish! I'm so happy for you. So is it official?" Kim asked, trying to keep up with my fast pace.

"If what's official?" I raised a confused brow at my best friend.

"Are you and Brian official?!" Kim all but screamed directly in my ear.

"Kim you know I hate it when you do that! I'm like two inches away from you, I'm not across the street!"

"Sorry."

I sighed at the innocent look she was trying to give me. "Brian and I aren't official. I don't even think I like him that much. I mean he's a great friend and all, but that's all there is to it. Well at least to me that is."

"Then why did you go on a date with him?" Jade asked as we entered the cafeteria doors.

"Because I couldn't say no I would've hurt his feelings. I also just thought why not give it a try? So I did and there are no romantic feelings toward him."

"Well you have two options. Either tell him before his feelings for you get stronger and you break his heart, or you can lead him on until his feelings get stronger then break his heart at the end." Josh piped in.

"Josh I think you should shut up. The smart people are talking." Jade scolded her idiot of a brother.

My face screwed in annoyance, "Josh those two options mean practically the same thing. Most times I wonder if you're mom was standing while giving birth to you which resulted in you falling head first when you were pushed out."

Josh gasped then pouted. "That's mean but I hope it's not true. Jade is that true?" He turned to his twin sister.

"No you idiot." She said and slapped him upside the head.

I took a seat next to Brian when we reached the table.

"Hey" I said with a wide smile.

"Oh hey. What's up?"

"Up is a movie about an old man with a balloon house and an annoying little kid who-" I stopped short and laughed as I saw the flat look Brian wore. "Just kidding. Nothing really."

He shook his head and let out a soft chuckle.

I looked up only to see Alec glaring from me to Brian.

"Trish can you please come?" Caleb asked suddenly, snapping my attention in his direction.

I groaned as I knew exactly what he was talking about. That stupid water park thing. "Caleb what was the answer I gave you guys every time you asked?"

"No" he mumbled.

"Well that's the answer you're getting AGAIN and any other time you choose to ask what answer do you think you'll get?"

"Yes?" Caleb asked with a hopeful smile.

I squeezed my eyes shut and breathed out deeply.

"Come on Trish. If you say yes we'll stop nagging you. All it takes is one word so what will it be?" Cole asked pushing his ear in my direction waiting for an answer.

Everyone at the table mimicked his movement, everyone except Alec.

I kept glancing in Alec's direction only to see he held a blank expression.
