Outside the Wall -Levi X Reader

The Crew

So before this starts I would like to say thanks for the support and that it will take a bit for everything to develop and I'll try not to rush things. If you have not read an X Reader then here are some things you'll need to know.

-(Y/n) POV-
I let out a small yawn as the light shines in my eyes, looking around my room I see that again, all of my friends are passed out around my bed. Why they don't sleep in their own rooms with their own comfortable beds, is still a mystery to me, even though I've known them all since the age of five.

I step out of my bed and the first one I see at my feet is my long loyal friend with shaggy dark brown hair that always covers his beautiful blue eyes, Sam; he groans a little as I step over his tall muscular body lying on the ground.

Next to be greeted at my feet is my small and quiet friend Daisy, with her long bond hair and nice golden eyes she could never hurt a fly, unless you really piss her off somehow, hence she is like a mother to all of us. She lets out baby snores as I open my wardrobe to get out a (F/c) long sleeve shirt and tan shorts that stop above my knee.

As I make my way to my small bathroom with a sink and toilet I see the twin pair of two ginger heads, Alex and Amber, leaning on each other and snoring to their hearts content, their faces are almost identical except Amber keeps her hair long and has more delicate and feminine features unlike Alex who has a small bob cut and boy features. I enter the bathroom and change from my (F/c) night gown and into the clothes I picked. Brushing my (H/l) (H/c) hair and braiding it (if you choose short then push it back with pins instead) back quickly and jump over the sleeping body's to the kitchen where I smell the delicious sensation of bacon and eggs.

I see my muscle build friend with an apron and silver hair pushed back by jell he made for his hair, Travis. As I lazily lean on him standing up and put pressure on his back he lets out a small hum noticing it's me. Me and him are the only early birds in our little group. He cooks enough food for everyone and turns off the small stove. For all the appliances like, fridge, stove, sink and toilet it took hell of a long time to set up and find.

Living outside the wall is hard work and takes time to actually have a good house, we had to survive on very little to get where we are. Located deep in the 'Giant ass Trees' as I like to call it, took a while to make a treehouse large and high enough for 5 people to be safe from the Humanoid Monsters (Titans) was a long process but our village has had this safe house for a long time, we just had to fix it up a little. I remember everything that happened that day. When the army in green attacked.

~flashback~
On my 6th birthday it all went to hell when me and all my village friends went to play outside of our little village, we've done it tons of times before but this time it was different. The sun was blazing when me and my friends stopped playing tag and heard lost of noises

It was shaking the ground when we saw a huge group of people on horses riding straight toward us. My friends and I were overcome with terror. Travis said to run back to the village, we all nodded and ran as quick as our small legs could go and alerted my parents.

They had shocked expressions and told the village chief, he made some adults take all of the children, which was the six of us and 3 more children. We ran to the woods and the two adult men led us away to a small house that would fit us temporarily. I always had a sixth sense for these things and I felt like I was gonna cry, I felt anger, fear, and that something was going terribly wrong. Daisy had a shocked face and gasped, "what's wrong Daisy?" I say concerned. She had super hearing of sorts and could hear leagues away.

"I..I hear fighting and screaming from our v-village..what's happening?!" She yells in terror, the adults look pail.

Suddenly one of the kids that came with us shakes saying, "I smell blood! Lots of blood!" We all did. It was a terrible stench that anyone could pick up.

Suddenly the adults tell us to run east toward the safe house as they try to fend off the attackers. We do as they say but some horses appear behind us as we run and we got split up from the other small kids. A person covered in green and red was riding toward us. He had a sharp object in one hand as I saw him swing at us. For 6-8 year olds we were pretty fast. He cut Alex on the back as he cried out in pain and fell.
"Alex!" I yelled and ran for him and his sister trying to run. My instinct was to help. I do what any protagonist does; grab a stick and lung at the man who attacked my best friend. I knock him off and kicked the sword away. Travis and Sam come to back me up as Daisy and Amber help Alex to cover his bleeding wound for the moment. I grab the sword and attack him as my two friends hold him down.

We were pretty strong for 6-8 year olds~. After a couple of grunts from the man I see that I'm splattered in red and so are Sam and Travis. Looking what we've done, we killed the green attacker. He no longer breathed and I stand shocked at what happened.

Travis and Sam come to comfort me but still shocked I block out the noises. I feel my body lighten as Travis slings me over his shoulder since I was so light and he was oldest, he had more build then all of us. After 3 nights of endless traveling and running from the Giants we find the big tree house with a small door at the base of the tree blended in, inside the tree was a long staircase up. After the longest wait we make it up to see our new home. It was covered in vegetation and dusty, but it would work.
~End of Flashback~

Travis and I talked about what we would do today and who would do the hunting. In the forest was many animals and life stock, we had a small chicken coup at the top of the treehouse and there was a long stream for bathing and water supply. When everyone got up and dressed for the day we continue to talk about random topics like always, this is how our day started. But after a sunny day, comes a rainy one.
