"I gotta tell ya something..."
"What's wrong?" He asks while his expression changes into confusion.
"Calum, I-..." I was cut off by the door that flows open. Luke walks in and smirks.
"Calum, I have something for ya." He smirks.
The next second he yanks out a girl by her hair. He pushes her down onto her knees. Her mouth is taped, just like her wrists, and her hair is wet from sweating I suppose. When I recognise her I freeze.
Charlie.
"What's she doing here?" I hear Calum ask.
I could only look at Charlie and her hopeless expression.
"Oh, I found her in the woods, on our side." Luke says as he gives Charlie a dirty look.
"And I thought, why not let Lana kill her. I mean, that's the punishment for crossing our side and since Lana is a gang member now..." He goes on.
I see that Charlie looking at me with a terrifying look on her face. She's scared to death. I will never get that out of my head.
"Lana?" Calum touches my shoulder. I turn my head to look at him.
"Isn't that a little much?" I ask.
"What?" Luke replies.
"Killing her."
"That's how the rules are. Now, come with me." He pulls Charlie up by her hair and pushes her roughly outside. I follow quietly behind Calum when he walks out the door too.
We walk deep into the woods until Luke stops. He pushes Charlie on her knees again and turns around to us.
"Go ahead." He says, handing me a gun. I look at Calum and see that he's also expecting me to kill her. I take a deep breath and walk to Charlie. I walk around her and stop right in front of her. I point the gun at her head and I hear her whimper, a sign that she was about to cry.
She never cried.
I see a tear roll down her cheek as she looks up to me and my heart breaks. I can't do this to her. She's been there for me all the time. I can't kill her. I sigh and pull the gun down.
"I can't." I say as I throw the gun away and kneel down in front of Charlie.
I take the tape of her mouth and then of her wrists. She begins to cry and hugs me. I know I shouldn't, but I still hug her back. I don't care if they see this. A tear rolls down my cheek as close my eyes.
"Thank you." She whispers in my ear. I let go of her and stand up. I look from Calum to Luke.
"I'm not going to kill her." I say as I cross my arms.
"Why not? She's a rival." Luke replies.
"She's my friend."
"You're a gang member of us now. That means that she's a rival.."
"Maybe a rival, but still my friend and I don't kill my friends very often." I help her up and hold her hand. "
Lana..." Calum begins.
"No." I say as I focus my eyes on him now.
"It's a rule!"
"Fuck that rule!"
"Lana, please..." He grabs my free hand.
"No." I shake him off me.
"Please Calum, I'm begging you, don't kill her. She didn't deserve this. She can come with us and I'll watch her and kill her if she tries to escape, but please, just let her live for now."
I say while I look to the ground. He sighs and seems to think.
"Calum, you're not going to do that, are you?" Luke asks, shocked.
"Shut the fuck up! I don't need your opinion Luke! I'm the leader, you need to know your place!" He yells at Luke as he turns around to him and Luke takes a step back.
"Calum.." I say while I softly lay my hand on his shoulder.
He turns around to me and I take a step back when I see his expression. He must've saw the fear in my eyes because his expression softened. He walks to me and carefully touches me cheek.
"Please." I whisper.
He doesn't say anything but leans in and kisses me softly. I kiss him back while he grabs my waist and pulls me into him. I wrap my arms around his neck and let him take control. After a few seconds he pulls back and looks over my shoulder to Charlie. I let go of him and hug her. "
Please Calum." I say as I take Charlie's hand again.
"Fine, but keep an eye on her." He points a finger at me but still smiles a little.
"Thank you thank you thank you!!!" I say while I jump in his arms and begin to kiss him over and over.
When he realizes that I'm kissing him, he begins to kiss me back.
I open the door of my room and let Charlie in.
"I guess we'll need to find you a mattress or something to sleep on." I say while I look around.
"Thank you, Lana." She smiles.
"Why are you thanking me?"
"You saved my life. Dean would never do that." "I'm not Dean."
"Yeah..."
"I'll just ask Calum if they have a mattress or something." I say while I walk to the door.
"Please Charlie, don't do anything stupid right now. Just stay here, you're surrounded by enemies right now." She nods her head and I walk out the room. I find Calum in his room, laying on his bed.
"Calum?" I ask while I stand next to the bed.
"Hm?"
"Do you have a mattress or something? Something where Charlie can sleep on?"
"Just let her sleep on the floor." He mumbles.
"No way, Calum, don't be such a jerk. Help me."
"Let her sleep in your bed, you may stay here. You need to pay me back anyway." He smirks.
"Calum."
"Just kidding."
"Do you have a mattress or not?"
"Uhh, I don't know. I'm sure we have one, but I don't know where."
"Could you help me find it?"
"Sure." He gets up and takes my hand.
We walk together out of the room and he laces our fingers along the way. I stop and look at him.
"What?" He asks.
I pull him closer and softly kiss him.
"Thanks for saving Charlie." I whisper. He doesn't say anything but pushes his lips hungry on mine again. He pushes me against the wall while he pulls me closer with his hands on my ass. I moan in his mouth while I wrap my arms around him. He lifts me up and carries me back to his room.
-Charlie's POV-
It's been 15 minutes since she left. Where the hell is she? I walk out of her room and walk downstairs.
"Lana?" I ask as I walk into the living room. No one's here. I walk into the kitchen, but everyone seems gone. I walk back upstairs and hear noises. Oh god.. Please don't tell me what I think it is. I walk in the direction of the noises until I reach a room, what I think is Calum's. I hear Lana moan his name and my thoughts get confirmed. Fuck. She can't. Calum can't either. This wasn't the plan! He agreed to the rules, no messing around. They aren't supposed to get feelings for each other!
"What do you think you're doing?" I hear someone behind me.
I jump up and turn around to see Ashton.
"Uhh, hey Ashton..."
"Don't you think they're a little too busy to go in now?"
"But they can't Ash! You guys agreed to this! They're not allowed to do this!" I whisper.
"You can't decide who you get feelings for Charlie. Even Dean knows that. Just let them go for a second, They'll need to break up anyway."
I sigh.
"I still think Dean needs to know."
He sighs to.
"Yeah, better that he hears this now than later." He agrees.
"Can I go to tell him?"
"Maybe that's better." I nod my head and walk around Ashton to the stairs.
"Charlie?" I turn back around to him.
"Nice shirt." He smirks.
"Thanks, I got it from your closet." I smirk too before continuing my way.
"THEY DID WHAT?!" Dean yells.
"I heard moans from Calum's room. I only know that they were Lana's."
He sighs.
"I never should've done this."
"Dean, you couldn't know.."
"I never should've trust Calum!"
"Do you really think he does this to get to you?! I saw him looking at her, he has feelings for her, Dean."
"I'm going to kill him." He says as he grabs a gun.
"Dean don't! They can't choose who they like. It happened, nothing you can do about it."
"I can." He says while he loads the gun and walks out of the door.
