"You know what, we'll attack them tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?" I ask in shock.
I mean, I know it is coming, but I don't want it to be so early.
"Yeah, I figured that how faster we do this, how faster you're over it."
I don't say anything and stare to the wall in front of me.
Then I stand up and walk to my room.
"I'll be in my room." I say, barely more than a whisper.
When I close the door behind me, I'm in a battle with myself. Should I tell Calum?
I sigh and lay on my bed. I guess I'll just wait until the others are back. Dean will explain more when they're here.
After a few hours I hear the door. I hear their voices and stand up. I walk to the kitchen and see that Dean already called everyone.
"So, I decided that we attack Calum tomorrow..." He begins and I see Dylan smirk.
"I figured that how faster we do this, how faster things will be over.." -he gives me a look- "So, I want you to go to school tomorrow as usual, don't do anything weird. Do nothing to give them even a suspicion that somethings going on.
"After you come back from school we'll wait until it's evening and everyone is in the house. We'll be moving slowly. Dylan and Emily, I want you on the roof. Charlie, basement. Lana, front door. Chuck, Sarah, Levi and Georgia, find a window to climb through when I say so. America, Maxon, Lucas, Marlee, Sasha and Taylor, I want you as backup. Everything clear?"
We nod our head and Dean goes on.
"Good. Now, you may choose which weapon you're gonna use, but choose carefully, something where you can shoot from a distance. Make also sure you have backup weapons like a knife or extra gun."
Again, we nod our heads.
"Okay, go prepare yourself." Dean finishes and everyone walks away.
I take a deep breath and walk to my room too.
Since I'm at front door, I choose for a smaller gun. I grab some black clothes from my closet and lay them ready. Then I pack everything for school.
When I'm done I sigh. So it's going to happen. We're going to take them down.
I decide not to further think about it and go to bed.
~the next morning~
The worst part from today is that I'll need to face him at school.
I walk out with Charlie and when we arrive at school she whispers
"I can't believe we really going to..."
"I know."
She sighs and I do the same.
"Let's just get to class." I say while I grab her hand and lead her to our class.
It worked to avoid Calum until break. Again, he's staring at me and waving me over. When I wanted to go I can feel that Dylan grabs my hand.
"What?" I ask.
"Don't go to them."
"Why not?"
"It's against the rules now."
"Says who?"
"Says deans. He asked me to keep you away from them."
"Well, I'm going."
"No, you're not." He says while he pushes me back.
I look the others for support but everyone shakes there head. I sigh.
Suddenly I feel two arms wrap around me.
I turn my head and see Calum.
"What do you think you're doing?" Dylan asks while he pushes Calum off me.
"I'm hugging her." Calum replies simply.
He winks at me and I need to blush.
"You little pervert, I would make my way out of here right now if I was you." Dylan threatens.
"What are you gonna do? Pull you're little gun out in the middle of the cafeteria?"
"Don't try me."
"Please, a little man like you can't hold me away." He pushes Dylan out of the way.
Calum hugs me from behind.
"Calum, I told you that I don't wanna." I sigh.
"No, you told me that you can't."
"It's the same."
"No, it's not."
I sigh again.
"Don't you want a Calum hug?" He asks.
I need to chuckle and push him off.
"No, I don't."
"You're so nice today."
"Just go. You never know what Dylan's gonna do." I whisper in his ear.
He smirks and nods his head. I see him wink at Dylan and then walking back to his table.
"So sad, it will be over tomorrow." Dylan smirks.
I don't say anything and return my attention to my food, knowing that I wouldn't be able to get another bite through my throat.
I sit in my room, playing with the gun in my hands. The gun that I'm going to shoot people with this evening.
Now I think about it, what Dean said actually make sense. I'm going to kill him, so why wouldn't he kill me?
I sit in my room the rest of the day until it's time to go. I dress in the clothes I picked out the other day and put my weapons in my belt. I choose for a knife as extra weapon.
I walk downstairs and see that everyone's preparing themselves. I walk to Dean.
"What are you gonna do?" I ask.
"I'm going to stand back to give the signs, then I'll follow you inside." He says without looking up.
I nod my head and walk to Charlie.
"Charlie?" I ask.
"Yeah?" I can see that she's near crying again.
"Hey, it's going to be okay." I say while I hug her.
"I know." She smile
"Why are you afraid of?"
"That Ashton will get hurt."
I smile softly at her.
"It's gonna be okay. We'll make it."
"Everyone ready?" Dean asks.
We nod our heads.
"Let's go."
We walk out of the door and sneak through the forest.
When we're there we wait until Dylan and Emily are on the roof and Charlie at the back door.
Then the others walk around the house and me, as last, walks to the front door.
We wait until Dean signs us.
After a few seconds he nods and I kick the door open.
I walk in with my gun in hands.
I hear Emily and Dylan upstairs and feel the wind from Dean who runs past me.
I see the people who came through the window beginning to shoot And see people from Calum's gang pulling out their guns.
I see some people running to me and I begin to shoot myself.
Okay, remember, this is what you're trained for your whole life.
I shoot about maybe 3 people until I hear someone groan that turns into a scream.
I look upstairs and recognise the voice...
