Chapter 15

At some point, Im going to have to tell my mom mine and Jays secret.

After the dance, Jay drove me back home.

My mother was waiting for me,  and I realized that, it was wrong to keep a secret like this from her.

So, I'll tell her now, I decide.

"Mom. There's something I have to tell you." I say, nervously.

"Yes?" She asks.

Here goes nothing.

"First, are you really my mom?"

She looks at me, like im crazy.

"Cassie, why" I Cut her off.

"Answer the question."I demand.
"No." She answers with a straight face.

"Ok. Did you know I was a vampire?"

"Not just a vampire, the strongest one alive." She answers.

No it's my turn to stare at her.

"Your parents told me to wait to tell you until you found Jay." She says.

Wait.

My parents?

"But. You told me my father is dead. And you just said you aren't my mother. That means,"

"Yes. Your parents are alive."

This is too much to handle.

I run out of the house, trying to process what I just found out.

I couldn't tell you how long I ran for, but it was a while.

I stayed in the woods that night, in a tree.

Hey! I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. This is a random filler till I get to better ideas. Lol
