The next few days had consisted of Liam doing as much as he could to try and research how he could find out about who was sending him these random text messages, telling him to watch out and what not. He couldn't seem to figure out what was happening or why he was getting the messages, but over the last few days, the number of messages had increased from one to now two or three a day – it making him extremely angry as he was convinced that this was Sophia's doing and that she was just trying to provoke a reaction out of him. He was trying not to stoop to her level, but it was certainly taking all of his effort not to go over to the Smith home and give her a piece of his mind.

Today was a typical Wednesday afternoon; his father had given him the day off so he was just relaxing and just enjoying the rare day of sunshine that currently plagued England. He and his friend from school, a guy called Zayn Malik, had met up for lunch at a diner that wasn't far from his apartment complex; it being great to actually meet up as due to Liam working loads at the construction job and Zayn was working a lot as a freelance photographer and blogger as well as part time as a tour guide for a company in London, the two hadn't been able to just hang out like they wanted to for a while now.

"Aw mate, but to be fair, Sophia was no good for you at all – we kept telling you that didn't we?" Zayn pointed out once Liam had finished filling him in about his recent break up from Sophia. It wasn't as though Zayn was exactly lying either, as all of the boys had told Liam about how Sophia was just like her father in a lot of ways and he was too nice for her. However, Liam hadn't listened – though now he kind of wished he had.

"Yeah all you lads has told me, but of course when you're in love, do you listen? Break ups just suck though, completely." Liam replied with a raised eyebrow. Zayn had to nod his head, because he too knew that he sometimes could be blinded by love and not realize when something or someone was completely bad for him.

"Well to be fair, I guess I understand – but Pez wasn't a cow like Sophia is to be fair so it was a little easier." He replied, referring to his now ex-fiancée, a girl called Perrie, whom he had split up from just about a year or so earlier. Though their relationship hadn't been as rocky as Liam's relationship had been with Sophia and even though he and Perrie were on good terms now, that didn't make the break up any less difficult.

"I just wish maybe me and Sophia could be civil about things and be friends but she's not having it." Liam sighed as he popped a chip into his mouth. Zayn nodded his head, stretching his arms in the air.

"Yeah she's deliberately making this difficult for you hey man?" he sighed before patting his friend on the shoulder, "It'll be alright though man, just gotta take your time and get over – holy shit." He was suddenly distracted by the sight of a beautiful woman who had just come into the diner; his outburst causing Liam to raise an eyebrow.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Be discreet about it when you look mate, but I see the most beautiful woman in the world standing in line right now at the counter." Zayn whispered. Liam chuckled and rolled his eyes, though he was slightly curious as to what this woman looked like. He turned around in the most casual way, though he gasped slightly when he realized who it was.

Standing there looking incredibly beautiful and smart in a fitted black dress with a mesh panel over the top of her chest and mesh long sleeves, with a pair of black pumps on and her long, brown-blonde ombre hair flowing straight down her back was the woman that he had met just last week...

Attorney Cheryl Cole...

"Bro, do you know who that is?" Liam hissed as he spun back around in his seat.
