To say that Cheryl was feeling happy as she returned to her London home was a bit of an understatement...

She felt like she was on cloud nine, her stomach was constantly full of butterflies even though she was now half an hour away from him and now sitting in the driveway. She could still feel the warmth of his arms around her, she could still feel the warmth of his lips against hers, she still felt like she was staring at her with those beautiful brown eyes he had – she just felt everything that she hadn't felt in a long time.

More importantly, she felt that he truly cared about her and liked her a lot, which was definitely something she hadn't felt in a long time. She knew he was a lot younger than she was, but something about him – the vibe she got – showed that despite this, Liam was definitely much different from most twenty three-year old men. He clearly had an old soul, and that's what was drawing Cheryl to him the most...

<<7:45pm – I'm home (: Thank you for today seriously – everything involving today xx>>

She smiled to herself as she sent him another text, before she then composed herself and checked to make sure her lip gloss wasn't too smudged. She finally got out of the car with her things and made her way into her home, only to burst out laughing when Sophia came stampeding into her which nearly caused her to fall as she was wearing heels.

"I missed you, Mammy!" she burst out, staring up at her. Cheryl smiled back, pinching her nose.

"I missed you too, baby girl; I missed you so much." She replied. She then kissed her forehead before walking with her to the living room, smirking as she saw Garry and his girlfriend, Hannah, cuddled up together still watching the film.

"I thank you two for watching my mini me this afternoon." She spoke up as she wandered into the living room; the two young lovebirds smiling at her as well. Hannah was an extremely pretty girl with platinum blonde hair and bright blue eyes, and was a complete sweetheart that doted on Garry just as much as he doted on her. Cheryl loved watching them together as they made her heart melt...

Maybe she'd have that one day – with Liam hopefully.

"It was no problem; she's been the best." Hannah sweetly replied, sitting up as Sophia bounced back over and sat beside her.

"Yeah; Mammy – Hannah painted my nails for me too with glitter on, look!" she smiled before holding her hand up; Cheryl giggling and nodding her head.

"It looks dope, babe." She replied before looking up as Garry came over, wrapping an arm around her.

"Are you okay though? You know I get worried; you didn't even mention not coming back this afternoon or anything – but I didn't want to call you in case I started annoying you." He asked; it making Cheryl smile as she loved that despite everything, Garry cared about her and often worried about her a whole lot.

"I'm fine, I just needed an afternoon – everything got to me after court this morning and I just had to step back before I lost my shit." Cheryl quietly explained. Garry raised an eyebrow at her.

"What did that jackass Joe Smith to you this time?" he asked. He had known that Cheryl's morning case had been against Joe Smith, and he often worried about how his sister was handling the slurs Joe would throw at her. In fact, he hated it with a passion and he just wanted to go knock him out for all the rude things he'd say to his sister.

"I lost, so of course Joe was a smug bastard about that – and called me a bitch to my face, in front of my client and her family." Cheryl quietly explained with a sarcastic smile, rolling her eyes in the end. Garry breathed out, shaking his head in despair.
