Chapter 8

Chloe's P.O.V


I have the power and all the attention I could ever want but it's not the same if I don't have Adrian's attention. After finding Cat Noir through my magic mirror, I saw he was with (y/n). I got angry and got to his head. I forced him to get her and bring her to me. Still no sign of Adrian. Moments later, Cat Noir put (y/n) down in front of my She squirmed like a worm and looked angry.
"Well, well, well. So it seems you don't get all the attention you want. My name's Queen Bee and I get all the attention I want."
"I don't want it. But you don't deserve it, you spoiled brat!" I spoke in rhymes into the mirror in my hand.
"Are you sure?" I asked and had Cat Noir walk to me. "Kiss me little kitty." He did as I said and kissed me. (y/n) was red with anger. I laughed and walked to her. This was so much fun! Hawkmoth's voice echoed in my head, "Get Cat Noir's miraculous!" I walked to the cat and just before I took the ring, something hit my hand. I turned to see Ladybug with her little yo-yo.
"Ladybug!" (y/n) cheered.
"So, this attention hog is what has all the boys trailing after?" she said as she smiled. I stomped my foot as I ordered Cat Noir to take her miraculous.


Marionette's P.O.V



"Cat Noir, stop!" I yelled as he got close. He took out his staff and started swinging. I didn't want to hurt him but I couldn't let him hurt me either. I used my yo-yo to tie him up. That should hold him for now. I ran to (y/n)'s side and asked what happened.
"I think she has him under some mind control or something. He won't snap out of it."
"Do you know where her akuma is?"
"No clue." Okay, this will be tougher than I thought. Especially without Cat Noir. "Get her miraculous!" Queen Bee yelled out. Well, more like whined. Cat Noir broke free from the yo-yo and came after me. (y/n) stepped in front of me as if to fight off Cat Noir herself. Immediately Cat Noir froze and dropped the staff. She reached out to him and said something in a small voice, I couldn't hear what she said but I knew it meant something seeing as Cat Noir had embraced her.
"No, no, no!" Queen Bee stomped and whined. "Boys are so useless! Cat Noir give me your miraculous!" Cat Noir was back in her control and let go of (y/n). He walked up to her and was about to pull off his ring and I found out where the akuma was.
"The mirror!" I yelled. (y/n) ran to Queen Bee and kicked the mirror out of her hand. She can't control anyone without the mirror. We three girls ran to grab it, like it was the last item in a black Friday sales event. Cat Noir shook his head as the mind control wore off. Queen Bee regained the mirror. When she tried to take back control, she couldn't.
"What's wrong with this thing!?" she exclaimed, hitting the mirror on the floor. It broke and the akuma flew out. I took out my yo-yo and captured the akuma.
"Bye bye, little butterfly." I said as I released it. There was no damaged caused and I didn't even have to use my lucky charm! Cat Noir returned to normal and walked up to us as we saw Chloe take her normal form. (y/n) immediately hugged Cat Noir. It took him by surprise but he hugged back.
"Let's get out of here?" he said.
"What about Chloe?" I asked. We all looked at her and shrugged. We turned out backs and walked off. (y/n) and I told Cat Noir the whole story and how stupid Chloe was to break the mirror by herself. We laughed. After taking (y/n) home Cat Noir and I left. I stopped him before we had went our separate ways.
"What's up?" he asked casually.
"I noticed you're not hitting on me anymore. Could it be that you like someone else?"
"Uhh..." He rubbed the back of his head as I saw him blush ever so slightly as he looked into the direction of (y/n)'s home.
"I KNEW IT! YOU LIKE (Y/N)!!! Does she know?"
"I'm not sure. Maybe. I make it way too obvious for her not to notice. I want to tell her who I really am, but it might put her in danger. Should I?"
"No. You're right, it will make her a target for any other villains."
"Yeah, I guess you're right. I'll think of something. See you next time Ladybug." he waved and left. I can't wait to tell (y/n).
