Chapter 14

YOUR P.O.V



Adrian and I had fun talking and we almost fell off the tree a couple times while laughing. My phone rang. I pulled it out my bag and I answered it.
"Hello?" I said in a giggly voice. It was a random person that I didn't really know. I recognize the voice but couldn't quite put my finger on it.
"Who is this?"
"It's your BFF Chloe! Duh!" I freaked out and fell off the tree. Adrian got down and helped me up. I thanked him with a smile.
"C-Chloe hey! What's up?"
"We need Cat Noir! A villain is kidnapping students!"
"Where are you?" I said as if I cared about her.
"The school's gym. Hurry!"
"I'm on my way! Adrian, I'm sorry. I have to go." I hugged him and ran off. Little did I know, Adrian Agreste was following me. I finally got home and ran to my room. I looked for the little floating cat.
"Plagg! Come on, Cat Noir is needed!" I found him under my pillow.
"About time you came! I was afraid the new villain took you." He didn't sound scared for me though. In fact, he sounded more like he was teasing me. I ignored him. Changing form came easily to me even if it was my first time. I did it like I've done it many times before, like it was instinct. I looked in the mirror to see how I looked.
"," I said, "A little revealing and wearing high heels when I run... not good." I ran out the window. My instincts took over. I didn't know what I was doing but I knew I had to trust my instincts.

I got to the school and saw Ladybug there. He looked at me and was a bit angry.
"Where were you!?"
"I had to make sure I looked good for you!" I winked. That was not me! I swear! I didn't mean it but I guess that's what comes with the instincts. I blew a kiss not wanting to. Ladybug looked annoyed and told me the situation. He didn't mention anything about where the akuma was and where the villain was. Suddenly, I had this strange feeling. It made me sick to my stomach. In a blink of an eye Ladybug was gone and I was alone in a dark room. I took deep breaths and found myself in a horror film. Well at least it looked that way. I walked around a school I didn't know. As I walked, the feeling in my stomach became worse. I reached a hall and everyone I knew and cared about were sitting in chairs with leather straps tight around their wrists and feet.
"Are you guys alright?!" I took a step closer and set something off. They were electrocuted and the ceiling dropped an inch. I moved back and again the were electrocuted and the ceiling dropped another inch.
"With every step I take they get hurt and will eventually die. What do I do? Stand still for all eternity?" I said out loud. I ran across the hall. The ceiling dropped and they were zapped again. I stopped when I got in front of them. I loosened the straps and told the to run. The didn't listen. Instead they attacked me. I didn't want to hurt them so I let myself get beat. It was painful and scary that they acted this way.


LADYBUG'S P.O.V



Cat Noir dropped to the floor shivered. Either she was cold or starting to have a nightmare like the rest. I was the only one that wasn't affected by this. I didn't know why.
"Cat Noir!" I held her by the shoulders and shook her. Nothing. What is this new villain? What kind of power does he have? Why am I not affected? Cat Noir put her hands up to cover her face as if someone was beating her. I checked her pulse. Like everyone else's, her pulse was fading.
"Cat Noir! Wake up it's just a nightmare! I'm here with you!" Please be ok when I come back. I set off to find the villain. I going to teach him a lesson or two about harming Cat Noir!
