Chapter 19

  YOUR P.O.V



The sun Shone through my window and hurts and outside. I got up and stretch my arms and legs as I made my way to the restroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. My dad was already up and making breakfast.
"Good morning." My dad greeted me. I smiled and took a plate of food. It wasn't as good as I thought it would come out, I don't think my dad was much of a cook. The food was not yet burned and tastes really bland. I ate it anyways to not hurt his feelings. After we ate we went sight seeing and shopping. We got a lot of cool things. We bought novelty hats and mugs and jewelry for me.
Plagg was always trying to spoil the fun when he mentioned that Paris could be in so much trouble. He mentioned that Ladybug is by himself and that without me he could lose to other bad guys. I shoved him back in my bag to shut him up. I was going to spend time with the dad I never had. Chloe called soon after and asked if I'd be willing to come back to Paris.
"I just got here," I said, "and I want to spend time with my dad."
"I know it's just that we need Cat Noir. Ladybug has been captured by this new bad guy. He calls himself Nobody. He's taken control of most of Paris." Guilt washed over me. I was being a little bit selfish but I did save Paris already so I deserve a break, right? I had no clue of what to do. Should I go back? Should I stay and be with my dad? This is so stressful! No, I have to stay. But Paris needs me.

My dad saw I was thinking and asked what was wrong.
"If you were needed somewhere but you wanted be with someone who weren't always going to be around, what would you do?"
"Well if someone needed me I'd be there. At least I got to spend some time the ones I love." He smiled. Well at least I know where I get the sweet side of me from. I hugged my dad and thanked him for the advice. I need to go back. Everyone of Paris was waiting for me and I let them down. How was I going to get there? A plan was domino into my mind. I had enough cash to get a one way ticket to Paris. So tomorrow night I will go back to Paris. I enjoyed this day as best as I could. It may be the last time I see my dad and it might not be. Either way, I was glad to have these moments with him. I texted Chloe and apologized. I told her I'd be there as soon as I could.


MARIONETTE'S P.O.V


A villain came to Paris and Ladybug alone couldn't stop it. The new villain called itself Nobody. It didn't have a specific gender and it could take the for of whatever and whoever it pleased. I begged for Cat Noir to come but she didnt. I suspected that she was captured along with Ladybug. Nobody captured Adrian and Alya and took them somewhere. There was nothing that could be done.


YOUR P.O.V

Finally the night of the Fourth of July! The night I go back to save Paris. After a whole day of doing nothing, my dad and I went to the park and sat to watch fireworks shoot of into the sky with bangs as the bright colours filled the sky. During the middle of the show, Adrain called.
"Hello?" I answered.
"What's wrong with you?!" He shouted.
"I- I don't know what you mean?"
"What anot her villain comes to destroy Paris and you run? That's not cool! I bet you knewabout this and just had to get away and leave the rest of us to rot!"
"Hey, look, Agreste, I knew nothing about this!!! My dad just wanted to spend more time with me, so we went out of the country!" We argued and yelled. It ruined the whole holiday. The last thing I said was "I hate you!!"
