Mia hated running, and Chanyeol didn't care, she had to build up her stamina so running laps around the large mansion property were her workout every morning.
She ran at a comfortable pace her breath was slightly laboured, her feet hurt and lungs ached. Mia had been at this for 15 minutes and had about 2 more laps to go.
As she finished her second lap Chanyeol watched her from the inside of the luxurious living room as she ran. Every time she passed the window he would wave, smile brightly and using his fingers show Mia how many laps she had left.
As she passed the window Chanyeol held up one finger signalling that this was her last lap. Mia quickened her pace desperate to finish the last lap, she looked up to the dreary sky wondering how she got to this point in her life. She wondered what her father was doing right now, her face pulled into a frown, wondering just what was concealed in those envelopes the man handed off to him.
She sprinted to the house finishing her final lap and stomping up to the sliding glass door breathlessly pulling it shut behind her. Mia took a moment to her self and leaned down holding her hands on her knees as she caught her breath. Mia closed her eyes and straightened her self up as she tightened her pony tail. Slowly Mia entered the living room ignoring the pain in her legs as she joined the waiting Chanyeol.
He smiled to her as she entered while passing her a chilled water bottle. Mia thanked him as she opened the bottle cap breaking the seal with the palm of her hand. Instantly she brought the bottle up to her lips, taking a chug of water.
"Your pace is good but you still need to build up that cardio, if you ready Sehun his gonna teach you how to shoot a gun today". Chanyeol began to explain but Mia paled at the mention of a weapons. A wave of anxiety washed over her almost instantly, but Mia simply swallowed down her strong emotions. As she ignored Chanyeols concerned gaze, Mia nodded and took a final drink of the water bottle.
"Yea..I'm ready". Mia announced, the man nodded and walked over to the entry way of the living room he turned and waited for her to follow along. Mia walked over to his side following him out of the room to the large basement, where Sehun was waiting.

Sehun was difficult to understand he was dark and harsh and didn't take any kind of sass or back talk. Mia didn't know what to make of it, so she pushed her looming thoughts to the back of her mind and got into focus. Mia stood in the shooting range a semi-automatic pistol with ten chambers laid out in front of her, along with two extra magazines filled with bullets.
"Load the gun and fire". Sehun watched her with crossed arms and a dark gaze, she nodded and picked up the gun surprised with its weight. The brunette grabbed a magazine and clicked it into the bottom of the gun. Adjusting the gun in her hand briefly before pulled the safety back, Mia looked to Sehun for anything further. The man remained silent he only eagerly nodded and motioned towards the target.
Mia looked forward again and let out a shaky breath she put her finger on the trigger. Quickly she pulled the trigger back letting the shot ring out and the gun recoil slightly in her hand.
Sehun stepped forward and observed the target, the bullet hit just below the bullseye. Sehun let out a surprised nod he stepped back, falling back into his original position eyeing her like a hawk.
"Good, now again". He instructed Mia nodded and kept shooting at the target this time not waiting for the man's approval. The brunette shot the gun off until it clicked signalling the chamber was empty and she needed more bullets. Mia pulled the empty magazine out and loaded another one in clicking the bullet into place and pulling back the safety. In a fluid movement she shot the target again each shot differed, but all close to the vital area in the centre of the target. She finished the magazine and looked to Sehun, he nodded and stepped forward.
