I'm talking to you because i know you are no fool
I see a mind that outruns then, ancient doubts and fears
You keep it in for days, months, now its 15 years
A brave and undaunted heart and your eyes lit with laughter
A fake smile that blazes the track of legions following after
You might be a banned new treasure for the hungry years left of which you will spend
One which won't be measured but you choose to fend
You don't fit in because you think you've got no position
You dream of heaven one day because earth to you is only a condition
Its caught you, believe it, its disbelief
Its with you, solitude and besides it is grief
When night falls, you see all of them shining stars
What you should know is thats your reflection yet too near to be far
I know its hard but you have to go on
Life is what you make it, its not an awful song
These are things you can do without
Scream, bang, get violent, but just let it all out
You can be better
Just grow up and get it together.
