Andree
Once again my parents called me to the dining room so we could have another meeting. At this point, I was sick and tired of hearing them go on and on about stuff that I didn't care about.
"Your mother and I are going to Chicago for a month." My dad said.
The news was music to my ears. Finally, I could get a break from my parents. I was gonna enjoy this vacation away from them.
"I hope you guys have fun." I smirked. "Because I am."
"Don't get all your hopes up too soon, son." He chuckled. "I am going to hire a babysitter to watch you while we're gone so you don't go buck wild."
"A babysitter?" I scoffed. "Come on, Dad. How old do you think I am?"
"You're 15 years old but you act like you are two." He smiled. "End of discussion.
Was did dude really serious? A babysitter?
"Whatever dad." I spat before storming off.
I went straight to my room and l locked the door. I was so pissed about the fact that he was hiring a babysitter to watch me while they were gone. I hope he didn't think that a stupid babysitter was gonna stop me from doing what I wanted. I was still gonna hang with the crew. I was still going to be making my own money.
Nobody was gonna stop me from doing me.

Isamariá
Jada and I took the subway to Manhattan so we could go to the gated community again. The whole time I was with her she went on and on about how she got a job cleaning the Valdez home. Apparently her dad knows Robert Valdez and used to work for him, so he hooked his daughter up with a job.
At first, I didn't believe her at all. But, when we left the subway station, Jada's pager beeped. We looked at the message to see it was from Mrs. Lola Valdez. She wanted Jada to call her back. So, we found a phone and then called her, and she agreed for the both of us to come. If you think about it, it's actually a good job because they payed their workers very good. I decided I would go along with this and not even worry about Andree and his bad attitude, or even the hardware store. This could be a new job for me. A better job.
"I'm really glad that we got this opportunity." I said. "I'm really gonna take advantage of this."
We were now on our way to the Valdez home. Lola told us that she was going to open the gates for us, and a car would be waiting for us to take Jada and I to her mansion. What a fancy way of doing things.
"I'm definitely gonna take advantage of this." She chuckled. "Andreson is my future husband. This is only a sign from God that we're gonna get married."
I laughed, "Wow, Jada."
"This is how we're gonna meet and he's gonna fall in love with me." She smiled. "It's destined to happen."
"I don't really think that you should get involved with him." I said. "I'm only being honest to benefit you."
"What do you mean, Isa?" She asked me. "You don't even know the type of person that he is. Ever since he came to our school you've been acting like you know everything about him."
"Jada, he's not a good guy." I said. "He doesn't respect women. Just take my word for it. I don't understand why you don't even trust me enough to listen to me."
"There's obviously something going on that you won't tell me about." She said, blankly. "So, until you tell me everything I'm not gonna listen to you, and I'm gonna do what I want and be with him."
