Chapter 2
This week went by kinda fast, it's already Friday. It's my last class of the day and I'm just counting the minutes till the weekend starts. Robin isn't here today, hope she's okay. We never exchanged number's so I don't really know if she is. I was staring so intently at the clock, the red handle was at the 6..7..8..9..10..11..12. 'RING!' The bell rang and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I went to my locker, to put my books away.
I shut my locker, and Chris was standing on the other side, "You know being creeping, doesn't really look good on you Chris."
"Really? Huh?" Haha, how are we still friends? We started to walk to the train. "Sooo?" I gave him an I don't know what you're talking about look. "Really Mickey?"
"What?" He stopped me, "Chris I'm going to miss the-"
"Well, can I still come over or not?"
Oh yeah, Chris and I sometimes have a no phones and no other distractions weekend. Just two best friends chilling. "Yeah, if you still want to." We continued walking.
"Why wouldn't I want to?"
"..Nothing just thought you would've been busy, that's all."
"Nope." He put me in a headlock while we were walking. "I'm never busy for my bestie." I shoved him off, Haha you weirdo.
When I got home I decided to take a nap before, Chris came over later. I woke up to my t.v. being on in my room, took me a while to adjust my eyes. "Chris?"
He turned around, "Ah your finally awake." I threw a pillow at him.
"That's for waking me up. And when did you get here?"
"About an hour ago." I got up to use the bathroom. "Okay now that your back, what's first?" We have a list of things we try to do before the weekends up. I looked over the list,
-Eat an entire tube of ice cream.
-Finish at least one season of Gilmore Girls.
-Watch The Voice reruns.
-Do a viral challenge from the internet.
"I'm guessing you added that last one." He was smiling, "Okay, let me go get the ice cream and you login into Netflix. We moved my chair, out of the way and laid two big blankets and pillows onto the floor. About 20 minutes into watching Gilmore Girls, Chris's head was kinda on my shoulder. Which I don't mind at all, but it's not like all those other times. Like I don't feel what I felt about almost a week ago. It's like as if my feelings just disappeared, which is good. I love him, but it felt a little weird thinking it was more than that.
"You alright?" I guess I spaced out a little.
"Yeah, I'm good."
Okay what's left on the list, there was one more thing on the list to do.
