Chapter 15 – Just a Coincidence?

No one's POV

Everyone are in high spirits as they got excited for a new adventure with Crime Sorciere. Since Erza has approved to let Fairy Tail stay, it would be no big deal for the rest of the arrangement.

And yes, Crime Sorciere has already planned an arrangement, in fact, they have planned everything.

But that doesn't change the fact that Team Kagura's arrival is totally beyond Jellal's expectations.

But the thing is, if it isn't Jellal who sent Team Kagura the invitation, who will that be?

Leave that aside, Crime Sorciere doesn't really mind their unexpected guest at all. The more people the more fun right? Team Kagura themselves also have a silent agreement towards the team up – with Fairy Tail and Crime Sorciere, that is.

Sometimes there's no need to ask.

Simon's POV

"So it's settled then. Fairy Tail and Kagura's team will be temporary staying with Crime Sorciere." Ultear concluded.

"Staying with?" A middle-aged man with a blue mustache, who I believed its Macao asked in confusion.

"Well, since you have no other place to go... We have provided enough room for all of you to stay." I explain.

Yeah. All of them.

Believe me or not, we have many spare rooms in our guild hall. Some may not be in the main building but there's some house surrounding the main building.

This place must be used as some sort of a village's gathering hall or something, back before at least 20 years.

"Awesome! That means we get to stay together just like before!" The boy holds his fist in excitement. I chuckled. He kind of reminds me of Natsu.

"Yeah. That's a good idea. However," Gray begins.

"I still don't get it how you got our location." He glanced at Jellal, who have been slightly tensed up from this particular topic.

"You must have known that we were in trouble because we lost contact with you but it'll be a wild goose chase if you just simply search for us without any clue. Sure we were in the second branch of Avatar nonetheless but the place where we fought with them is exactly a different location which is far away from the second branch main hall."

He sure is a smart guy.

As he speaks his evidence, I heard Jellal stiffened in nervousness.

Gray continued looking at Jellal with suspicious . Just like a police demanding an explanation from a criminal.

"How did you find us?"

We - Crime Sorciere members who knows the details -  exchange nervous look with each other . In the end, we all looked at Jellal , waiting for his command. 

Yes we all know what happened and yes we - ehm, Jellal - don't want it to be uncovered . At least,not yet. We are told by Jellal not to say a word about it , that is, if they didn't ask. But since Gray suspected us, that's another story.

Finally, Jellal nodded . Meaning - We can't hide anymore.

Ultear sighed before beginning. "We have been desperate to find you but like you said, we don't know where to start. Meantime, there's a dark guild which is newly formed. We decided to go on the mission to destroy it while searching for you at the same time."

"But of course, we didn't have any progress of your whereabouts or any clue. Just when we were about to give up and head back, Jell-"

Suddenly a hand appears in my sight and cut off me. The next thing I knew my mouth was covered up by Jellal's hand.

"I suggested to head back using another path. But we happened to cross through a destroyed place which still have clear evidence that the clash is still going on. Curious of what happened we head towards the inner part of the realm just to find  that you are there."

"It was just an coincidence that we crossed path with you.That's how it is." He ended with a fake laugh,which is really obvious to me that he is  trying to cover up his lie.

And finally he let go of my mouth.

Jellal's POV

Whew. That was close.

Just seriously I wan't expecting Gray to ask that question in this kind of time. Aren't he suppose to sink in the reunion first?

And it was too close that the truth will be revealed. But thanks to my instincts I managed to stop Simon for saying it out loud. 

Jeez, Simon. You can be more honest next time -Note sarcasm-.

I'm sorry that the update was delayed. My mom forbids me for using computers and phones cuz the governmental exam is near (The funny thing is I've just gone through a school-based exam just a week ago.) I send my deepest apology for disappointing you all. Hope you guys won't mad at me ^~^ .
