"You sure this it?" I whispered looking over at Dylan.

"Yeah I'm sure." He sighed as the two of us looked at a very old abandoned ice cream shop.

"So lets go in." Gazzy was practically jumping up and down, it had been a long time since we had had a decent fight.

"Wait." I grabbed his shoulder pulling him back." We're gonna go up, and come straight down on the roof." I eyed him.

"I'll go first, just in case it's a trap." Dylan ordered. He opened his wings and shot up into the air, then swooped down landing on the roof. He stood there tensely waiting for something to happen, but nothing did; he opened the hatch on the roof and jumped down into the shop.

We crouched there in the shadow of the alley, waiting and watching, until Dylan appeared on the roof again, waving us over. We flew over one at a time, jumping through the hatch into the dark shop.

"Nobodies here?" I asked looking around.

"There isn't anything here either." Dylan stated.

"There has to be." Nudge said with pleading in her voice. Iggy and Gazzy started walking around the store searching every inch for a switch, button, or trigger, coming up with nothing.

"Angel do you hear anything?" I asked looking at the blank look on her face.

"Nothing." She lowered her gaze defeated.

"You said you were sure, you said he was here." I felt the tears burn in my eyes as I looked at Dylan." You said he was here!" I shoved him and he fell back against the wall, his elbow busting a hole in the drywall.

"Wait." Gazzy moved him out of the way, looking into the hole." There's something back there." He started to pull the wall apart until he revealed a metal door.

"What is that?" Nudge asked as all of us looked at the rusted metal.

"Question is where does it go?" I looked at the locks, and the large wheel knob. I put my hands on the wheel and tried to force it to turn, I fought with it for a while before everyone came over trying to help turn it; finally after a while we gave up.

"We got this." Iggy said confidently as he pulled a homemade bomb out of his backpack. He could sense the panic in me," don't worry it's one of our more silent ones." Gazzy and Iggy started attaching the bomb to the door, typed something on the keypad and all of us ducked behind the counter. It was barely a thump as the bomb went off, when I looked at the door it was hanging open revealing steps.

"C'mon, stay close, and be careful." I said as we started toward the steps. Dylan went down first taking my hand, it helped take the edge off a little, but my mind was still going crazy. The further down the steps we went, we noticed a light, at the turn in the steps it led to an opening, and a bright white hallway.

"This is it." Dylan stated, his words sending chills down my spine. We made for the end of the hallway, Dylan and I peering around the corner seeing that it was clear.

"Which way?" I whispered. Then like it was a sign, an alarm went off, turning the lights red, and filling the halls with an annoying ring.

"Subject escape, Cell Block A." A woman announced over the com system, and there in front of us, was a map of the building, and we headed straight for A Block.

"What're we going to do if he isn't there?" Nudge asked the question I didn't want to hear.

"Then we kill the guards, take their key cards, and fight our way through until we find him." I ordered as we rounded a corner with a large 'A' painted on it. Just as we were about to come around another corner, we heard voices.
