I CHOOSE YOU ITACHI!!!!

Your head tilted to the side as you stared at the onyx eyed man.

"Itachi?" You called. He stared at you, not smiling, but there was softness in his eyes.

"It's been a while. How have you been, Y/n?" He asked softly and quietly. You shrugged.

"Eh. So and so." You replied.

"So you were the one who undid the reanimation?" You asked. Itachi's eyebrows slightly furrowed.

"How did you know?" He asked. You chuckled.

"I know you. You're not the type to get caught up in a Jutsu easily. Besides, every Jutsu has a weakness, right?" You replied with a slight smirk.

"I'm surprised you remembered me saying that to you." He said. You pouted.

"Mean. I remember everything!" You exclaimed. He raised his eyebrows at you.

"Okay, maybe not everything, but close enough." You said with a shrug. Itachi's lip twitched upwards, but his face remained stoic. You pouted even more.

"Ne~ You're always so serious. Just cut the shit and smile already..." You whined while poking his cheek. He sighed before grabbing your hand.

"You're still as childish as ever. Even though you're in the middle of a war." He said.

"Don't be so mean. I'll always be like this. I'm gonna be such a kick ass grandmother someday..." You said in realization. He let out a soft chuckle making you giggle yourself.

"That is if you have kids." He said, happy to have you as company.

"Eh, true." Yout said while shrugging. Itachi realized he never let go of your hand and gently released it.

"How long have you been here? From what is looks like, there isn't much to do..." You asked.

"I've been here since I released the jutsu. Before that, I saw your sister, Hio." He replied. You stared at him with wide eyes.

"Hio? Why?" You asked.

"Hio had amazing predictability. After the reanimation wore off, I met her and she asked me do to a favor for her." He explained.

"A favor? Do what?" You asked. He softly smiled and walked closer to you. He lifted his arm and poked your forehead with his two fingers. As soon as he touched you, his fingers started glowing white, the light slowly engulfing your body.

"That favor was to send you back. Back to life." He replied with a small smile. Your eyes widened as the light slowly clouded your vision.

"Good luck, Y/n. I'll be waiting till the next time." He said before the light completely corrupted your vision.
