"This isn't the best time, but I...."
Present
- Yui's POV -
My eyes widened.
"but I...I... like.... you....?" He said nervously. "Nahhh, that ain't good." He sighed and left the room.
I sat up and was froze in shock. What just happened! I held my head. There is something wrong with my life....
I went to the hospital to see how my grandmother was doing.
- At hospital -
"Hey Grandma." I smiled.
"Hello dear." She smiled back. I looked away.
"Hey Grandma." She looked concerned. "Can I ask you something?... About a 'friend'?"
"Of course."
"So..." I paused "There are two boys who confessed to my friend 'Yuri'. And she doesn't know how she feels about them. So what should she do?" I said as I turned back around.
"Well, your friend 'Yuri' should see what her heart wants. See the feelings that she holds." She looked at me with so much emotion. "I know it's a little cliche. However this is how love works, my dear."
"How she feels, huh." I looked down to think. "Thanks grandma!" I yelled and hugged her. "See you tomorrow!"
"Okay dear."
I went out of the hospital and saw Diachi walking towards the building.
Oh no! What do I do! Uhhhh. Uhhhh.
I hear the doors open.
I looked from the bush that I hid in. I sighed.
"Thank goodness." I whispered.
"Hey Yui." Someone said from behind touching my shoulder.
I squeaked from shock. Turned around and saw Diachi. I smiled. It's only Diachi. My eyes widened.
DIACHI!
"Oh... hey...... Diachi?" He looked confused.
"Is something wrong? You seem kind of weird." He asked me.
"Oh course nothing is wrong! Why would something be wrong! Hahaha! You're so funny. Wait what am I saying you didn't even say anything funny. Hey look over there! There's a bird. Hahaha! I'm acting weird aren't I. Hahaha! Okay bye!" I spoke fastly and ran away.
What did I just do. I'm such an idiot.
- Diachi's POV -
A bird? What was she saying?
- Yui's POV -
I ran until I saw a park. The park where I talked with Hachiru that night.
- Hachiru's POV -
I was going to go to the grocery store, until I saw Yui on the swings.
"Hey Yui." I said as I walked up to her. She looked up.
"Oh hey."
"That's all I get." I smiled. She looked at me with sorrow. "What's the matter?"
"Why did you confess to me?" She asked.
"Because that's how I feel since I meet you. It's okay if you don't feel the same way." I frowned.
"It's not that. I also fell in love with you at the beginning, but now." She took a pause. "I don't know anymore. But I do like you."
"Just think about it for now. I know you just got my confession, but things don't have to be awkward." I smiled. "We will always be friends."
Yui smiled back.
"Thank you, Hachiru. You're the best." She stood up and hugged me. My eyes widened. Then she let go. "Well, see you tomorrow."
Before she could leave, I took her hand. Yui looked back, and wind came. She looked so beautiful that I couldn't resist, and hugged her back. For at least 10 seconds.
"Sorry." I said while looking down. All we heard was leaves moving. Yui smiled.
"Thank you for everything. I'm glad I meet you." She said.
"Thanks."
