Nathaniel POV

After having a shower and things before dressing after Xander walks in on me in just a towel. I dress and we make it through the house before leaving to go to the doctors.
When we get there I take a sit while Xander lets them know I'm here and after he does he sits next to me and asked if its okay for him to stay as it will be easier them leaving then coming back to pick me up again.

"Sure it's fine, would you like to come in with me or stay out here and wait."

"If it's okay with you I would like to come in with you. I know I'm not your mate but I still want to be there for you while you go through this."

"I'd love you to come in with me and when you do find her/him your mate will be lucky to have you."

"Thanks for saying that but for me it's how mates are meant to be, unlike yours I will never reject my mate, yet I still don't understand why yours did I mean look at you, you are handsome, caring, and the body of a god and if I was your mate I would never reject you and I would never get enough off making love to you every chance I get. But I'm not your mate but if I was I would never let you go."

"Thanks Alpha Xander that means a lot to me."

"Just telling the truth."

We sat the rest of the wait not really taking until my name was called.

'Nathaniel Black, Doctor Caine will see you now he is in room 5.'

With that we got up make our way to room 5 and I knocked then walking in. The first thing I saw was the ultra sound and then the doctor and my god was he sexy.

"Welcome Nate I hope it's alright, I would like to see how your pups are doing from the long journey you've had."

"That's find doctor I would like to see them too and if possible to find out what I'm having."

"We should be able to but if we can't I would like you to come back next week to see how they are, also because your a wolf you will only be pregnant for three months if not less than that. If they were alpha pups you only carry them for two months."

Oh sh*t they will know they are alpha pups how do I explain it to them.

I lay down and undo my jeans and lift my t-shirt up ready for him to put the gel on me and with that he starts moving the wand around looking at my pups.

"Well pup 1 is big, bigger then he should be and because of that I can tell you he will be born in a little over a month, pup 2 is smaller then his brother but growing like he should be, pup 3 is smaller then her brothers but she is strong."

As I'm looking at the scene it looks like they have their arms around their sister protecting her even from inside me. As I look at them I feel tears felling down my face as I'm looking at them.

"Oh my god that is so cute look how they hug her close to them."

I look at Xander and how I wish he was our mate but he isn't, I get a player who doesn't care about me or anything but himself. Xander mate is one lucky girl/guy and I'm glad to have him as a friend.
I'm still looking at him when he looks at me and smiles, which soon turns into something else.

"Hey why you crying you should be happy with how cute they are hugging their sister."

"I am happy those are tears of joy not sadness and your right it is cute. Hey doc can I have picture of them like that as well as any others you have taken please."
