Alex PoV

It so hurts when you know who your mate is but you can't be with them not until they reach eighteen which is still a few months away. I think she know but until she is eighteen we can't be together even though every part of my being wants to be with her but I made a promise not just to myself but to my best friend and my alpha and his mate. So over the years I have been their for her weather it be with helping her train and just being her friend. I have loved her since the first time I held her in my arms and she looked at me that first time I know she was my mate. From that day on I understood why I hadn't met my mate it was because they hadn't been born yet but seeing everyone around me find their mate and being so happy then having pups hurt so much.

Over the years I have spent time with my mate but unable to do other things, like going to the movies, swimming, shopping even going to ball games when her brothers were playing so just being able to spend time with her was enough to start with but my wolf Prince wanted to mark her as his but he understood that he couldn't because she was to young and plus your can only mark each other while making love that first time. So for the last eighteen year it has been so hard knowing who is mine and made just for me.

I must also be the oldest virgin in the werewolves race because we normally met are mates once we turn eighteen or if we don't met them then we go looking for them until we find them. I also once thought I didn't have a mate and that they died before we could met each other but deep inside I know I had one so I waited and didn't go looking for them because something inside me said I would met them soon.

Turning eighteen just a couple of months before Nate moved here but once he did that feel became stronger then finding he was with pups that feeling hit me harder then ever before so I waited and then when I held her and looked into her eyes, I know she was my mate. I still didn't tell anyone it was my secret, I kept it for years until the day they asked me the question, Is McKenzie your mate? I had to tell she was and that I would wait until she know I was before doing anything about it. So I did what I had been doing from day one just being there for her as it was all I could do.

So in a few month I will be able to hold my mate in my arms for the first time ever and be with her and to show her just how much I love her the first time we make love. I know what you may be thinking (why haven't I hugged her) its because if I do my wolf will take over and bite her even though he knows he can't he still will and that is why I have not even hugged her not even a friendly hug.

So just a few more months and the wait is over.

McKenzie PoV

I think James is my mate because over the years since I first changed my wolf calmed down when he was near us and when he isn't she won't rest at all, when I told mum this she asked my dads if they could move me to a room closer to James because I hadn't been sleeping well at all because my wolf Jade couldn't rest being close to their mate and unable to do anything at all and because of that I didn't sleep much at all. I guess it must be real hard for him if not more because he already knows and is unable to to anything at all until I turn eighteen which thankfully is only a few months away.

I am also someone along with my brothers and sisters who was born from the same sex mates so I have two dads and mum. I was born after my mum got rejected by his first mate my dad Dante and because he was rejected he left the United Kingdom and moved to the US were he join another pack and became close to the alphas son and friends. It was on the day we were born that mum found out he had a second mate who was the new alpha Xander.
After that they were together and had my younger brother and sisters and when they were a few months old  my dad came to find my mum but he found so much more when he did. After that they were together and they found out about the war that could end everything and also about me, my brothers and sisters having powers and being the ones who could save the world.
