-Time skip to a week later but on Saturday-

Finally, Saturday. No school, a day allll to myself. I have spent a lot of time with my new friends, especially Adrien, Mari, and Cat Noir <3. I feel ready, I know a lot about locations and streets, I feel prepared for the weekend!

-knock knock-

"VIOLET! CAN YOU GET THE DOOR PLEASEEEE." Lucy's mom screamed from downstairs.

Lucy had to spend the weekend in some Girl Scout thing so it was just me and her parents in the house. I ran down the stairs and opened the door.

"May I help yo--- Adrien?" I said as I opened it.

He waved, "Hey Violet. Marinettes busy today but she told me Lucy's address. I was a little confused but she told me you lived with her. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out?"

As usual... I'm the last resort.

"Sure, let me get my satchel..." I grabbed it from the coat hook.

"Excuse me one second," I said to him, then I yelled at Lucy's parents, "I'm going out for the day! I'll be home by dinner! I'll text you if plans change!"

Her mom yelled back, "Thanks Violet! Have fun!"

I walked out the doorway and closed the door behind me. We starting walking down the street.

"A satchel huh?" He said, looking at my black bag.

I laughed, "I would usually call it a pursy thingy but I wanted to impress you with fancy words." I said sarcastically.

"I know what it is Vee." He replied, smiling.

It took me a while to process, "Vee?"

"Yeah," he responded, "Can't you have a nickname? Marinettes got Mari, I have 'Adri-kins,' and you have Vee."

I blushed, "Adri-Kins huh?"

He sighed, "Stupid Chloe."

"No," I smiled, "I like it."

He put his hand behind his head, "Heh... Well if your wondering, I have absolutely no idea where I'm going."

I laughed hysterically, "Some tour guide YOU are."

We walked down the whole street until we found this tiny cafe. He held the door open for me, then walked inside himself.

"No ones here." I said.

He looked around, "Yeah, they don't get much business. I thought it'd be a good place for us to talk?"

"Sure." I said.

I sat down at a 2 seated table and he went up to the counter. He came back with 2 coffees and 2 muffins.

"Here ya go, Vee." He handed me a muffin and a coffee and sat down across from me.
