I changed it a little, so Luke didn't talk to his cousin XD

It was the end of hockey practice, the blonde noticed that the smaller boy wasn't in the seats, watching them practice. He overheard Calum and Ashton talking in the hallway that he wasn't going to make it since he had to work right after school. For Luke, practice was boring since the team is all ready for the championship coming up next weekend in Newcastle.

As the blonde gather his things from practice, he felt a presence next to him. He look up and saw it was the kiwi teen with a smile on his face.

"Hey Cal, do you need anything?"he ask while shutting his locker in the locker room.

"I have to tell you something,"

"You can't make it to the game?"Luke guess with a sigh before heading out the room.

"No, but I am! I can't miss it for anything!"Calum inform."But it is about Ashton."

That made the blonde stop in his tracks as he quickly turn around, wondering what's the news about the dirty blonde."What happened to him?"he ask in a panic mode.

"Chill, it's not like that. You are going to be really happy about this news!"Calum smile at the blonde.

"Alright, tell me."

The other teen look around, as if anyone is around to hear what he was going to say."Ashton likes you."

"What? No he doesn't, you're just shitting me and getting my hopes up for no reason."Luke said, he knew that Ashton would never like him like that. He also want to believe Calum.

"For fuck sake dude! I am not! Why would I lie about Ashton having a crush on you? He admitted it the other night when he saw you and that dude talking. He was jealous."the kiwi teen inform the blonde.

"What? Are you serious?"he smile. Ashton? Jealous of him?

"Anyways, who were you talking at that arcade place?"

"Oh, it was my older brother. You know, Ben? He was giving me tips on how to ask Ashton out since I wanted to try something new since he's...special to me."Luke reply with a blush coating his cheeks.

"There goes my heart! Thank you so much Luke Hemmings!"the kiwi exclaim with an eye roll, a smile planted on his lips. Which made the blonde chuckle in response.

"So...how are you going to ask him out?"

That made the blonde stop in his tracks, he still has no idea on how to ask him out! Ben gave him advice on how, all he said that it's the same as asking a girl out—but with less work. But Ben never dated a guy before, so what use does he have? He can ask Calum since he's been best friends with the dirty blonde for almost his whole life.

"I...actually don't know...I just don't want to fuck it up."Luke frown with his head down.

"Good thing I asked, I know what Ashton likes and dislikes. So I promise you that you won't fuck it up!"

Luke smile at the kiwi teen, he was glad to have someone like Calum on the team. Plus he could always count on him for something like this.
