Chapter 20 - Family feuding

Faith
"NO! JUSTIN!" I called as Lily ripped him away. Great today keep getting worse and worse. First Lily goes off the rails, Alerik hits me which after this is over, I'm gonna return the favour and now they have Justin. I remained on the floor and I let my head smack the floor as I slumped down. "No..." I whispered and Cias dragged himself over to me. "Faith...well figure this out" he grunts. Clearly he was still feeling the effects aswell. I pull myself up, "shes so gonna die..." I said and Alerik walked over to me. "I ALREADY TOLD YOU THIS ISNT HER FAULT!" He yelled. I bought my hand up and slapped him with the back of my hand. He went flying backwards and his body smashed against my mirror. He grunted as I walked over to him. "I get that you're trynna protect your mate Alerik...but face the facts! She just took Justin she almost killed you!" I yelled and he stood tall. "Lily never gave up on you Faith...she never tried to kill you even after what you did to her! Besides, why should you even worry about Justin. You've been good at pretending you didnt care so far...why start worrying now!" He yelled and I hit him again, "YOU BLIND SPINELESS ARROGANT DICK HEAD! I CANT CONFESS HOW I FEEL BECAUSE I'M TERRIFIED OF WHAT I AM! ARE YOU STUPID! I MAY BE A VAMPIRE BUT IVE TASTED HIS BLOOD BEFORE AND I ALMOST KILLED HIM FOR IT. I COULD KILL HIM AGAIN!" I yelled remembering when I was young. "YOU'RE CALLING ME SPINELESS! YOU NEVER HAD THE GUTS TO ADMIT YOUR FEELINGS TO HIM!" He yelled and I went to hit him again but Cias grabbed me. "Thats enough!" Cias yelled and I glared at Alerik and he did the same to me. "Look at that...your brothers there for you...not Lily...again!" Alerik yells and before I could say anything, Cias stepped in. "Yes I'm defending my sister Alerik because she is the only other family I have but I do believe I was the one who defended Lily against my own sister just earlier this morning when she returned with you as her punching bag. You like to remind us of how Lily was alone and never defended. I defended her" he says and before Alerik can say anything, Cias starts again, "and by the way, yeah Lily has been alone most of her life. Since she was 13, but listen close Alerik, there is something that Faith and I suffered through but at a younger age. Lily never knew her parents...we watched our mother be murdered by our father at the age of seven and then Faith and I were seperated for six years until we finally killed our father. We've been alone too" Cias says and I begin crying. Alerik was absolutely shocked and just stood their stunned. Cias wrapped his arms around me and hugged me. I remembered everything he'd just said in detail. Alerik looks at us with regret in his eyes, "I'm sorry Faith just...please dont kill her" Aleriks pleads and I ignore him and continue crying into my brothers chest.

Justin
"Justin...I'm here" Faith says as she undoes the chains around my wrists. "No...Faith go" I plead with her and she ignores me. "I will never leave you alone Justin" she says before laying her lips on mine. The kiss was soft and sweet. She was sweet. She was perfect. She gasps and the fresh scent of blood hits me. I look down and bloods pouring from her stomach. "NO!" I scream as I watch Lily twist the blade and cause Faith to gasp again.

My eyes flutter open and I look at my surroundings. I was chained to a air vent. Damn hes down grounded. I look over the room and see Kalous quite proud of himself. Son of a bitch was in my head. "..son of a bitch" I mutter and he laughs. "Oh that was good" he says and I glare at him and pull tightly on my restraints. "LILY!" Kalous yells and almost instantly Lily walks through the door. "Yes majesty?" She says as she bows her head. "How badly do you want to hurt Faith...and Alerik" he asks her and she smiles a little. "Very much majesty" she says as Kalous circles her and stops behind her. "Then there he is...make sure to have fun and dont be gentle...do what you want and make sure he behaves" Kalous says and leaves the room. I look at Lily who was approaching me. "Lily don't do this...Come back to your senses" I beg as she leans down to me, "Faiths gonna pay...so is Alerik...lets see how much you can break a heart if someone who apparently doesnt love you" she says and she runs her fingers over the top of my shirt. "Faith...come quick" I beg and Lily smiles before kissing my neck once, "you'll be alright sweet heart...I'll look after you" she purrs.

Lily
This is good. This is way to good. Kill to birds with one stone. I giggled. I looked up at the begging Justin. I frowned and slumped back. "Your no fun." Sighing I got up and sat in the chair. Seriously. Being like this is better than being the other Lily. I grabbed a knife and used the tip on my fingernails. "Lily...what happened to you?" I looked up at him. God does he have to talk. Rolling my eyes I went back to cleaning my nails. "I didn't exactly change Justin. You know I always thought I was different. But I was never sure. Since I turned into a vamp I knew for sure." I said. I examined my nails. That's better. Smiling I looked at the knife. This was once my parents. "We could of helped you Lily if you told us." Justin said softly. I laughed. "Really?! Haha you are the funniest vamp I've heard!" Sighing I rubbed my wet eyes away. "What's so funny?" He asked with a frown. Slumping back I sheathed my knife and stared at Justin. "You guys each have a problem. Faith and Cias grew up with a phyco dad who killed their mother . I get that they had a horrible life too. I get that. They are together now. You and Alerik had grown up sorta like them." I paused. My chest squeezed at the thought of Alerik names. I shook it off. "I know what your saying about them but I don't understand where your going with this." He said and sat up a bit straighter. I sighed again. "I'm saying, when you guys met me and we started being a family, I didn't feel apart of it. So when Cellus came I did the things I could to be apart of the family. But I never did feel apart. Losing Josh and baring that weight cost me. After I turned vamp I knew that changing was the cost. When you leave with the others and Kalous is dead, I won't be apart of the family." I said and stood facing the door to leave. "I don't understand. What do you mean you won't be apart of the family?" I turned and tears fell from my face. "You should of worked it out by now Jus." I smiled slightly. He looked confused for a second. I walked closer and bit him. He gasped. I pulled away. "I'm sorry." I whispered and walked to the door. "No! Lily you can't!" I gave him a small smile. "Good bye Jus." I wiped my tears away and went back to the other me. I threw the knife and it was imbedded in his wrist. He cried out. I laughed and left. No more old Lily.
