Don't try to hide it
Don't try
Cause it will have
You in the end
OhSitting in my room staring at the ceiling.
I hadn't moved since I fought with Author, three days ago.
I needed a game plan, I need to leave.
I start by trying to figure out exactly where I was in Australia.
I just need to escape.
I got up to look outside my window. Opening the curtains I remember that I'm underground.
"I can take you there." A voice says from behind me.
I yelp as I whip around grabbing the globe next to me as I do.
"You wouldn't want to hurt me would you." She says and my mood changes immediately.
"Hannah....." I start walking towards her.
She wraps me in a warm hug when I get to her.
"I thought I'd never see y-" she cuts me off when I start talking.
"I can get you out of here." She whispers in my ear.
My mind is pulling thousands of red flags but I just ignore them.
"I can take you there." She says.
"What do I need to do?" I ask her.
She pulls away, holding my shoulders and looking me in the eye.
"Get the scroll and the book." She tells me.
I nod, never wanting to say no to such a beautiful face.
"But please take a shower first." She asks as she blocks her nose.
"Oh yeah that, I'll be right back." I run to the bathroom.
'That was embarrassing.' I mentally slap myself.

I come out the shower to find Hannah sitting on my bed.
"Im done, I'll go get it." She just nods and I go out of my room.
I walk down the long stairs to find the scroll exactly where I left it.
I sneak down the stair, praying Author doesn't hear me.
"Don't you dare!" Author screams from the other room.
I pick the scroll up and stuff it under my top, testing my luck.
"Don't think I don't know what you are doing!" He shout in a warning tone.
My heart has stopped at this point. I stand there waiting for him to explode.
"Dammit Samuel. You have always been the worst brother-in-law!" I relax at this but use my chance to sprint up the stairs.
I get in my room closing the door behind me as I get my breath back.
"Did you get it?" I get slightly startled. I forgot she was here.
'Her voice sound so sweet.' I think to myself.
"Hey!" She shout, bringing me back to reality.
"Sorry, here." I say as I give it to her.
"No no no no no. Stop!" She angrily says with a hint of fear in her voice.
A confused look slips on to my face when I remember I'm the only person who can touch this.
"Sorry," my face starts burning up from embarrassment.
"Get the book and we are gone." She says firmly.
I run over to the my backpack and pull it out.
"Cool open it, quickly." She says.
Before I open it the door handle turns and Author walks in.
"Look, Kevin, I'm sorry about ear-" he stops in his track when he sees us.
"Now!" Hannah screams.
I open the book and the two us are immediately are pulled in.
'Now I can finally give Slater a piece of my mind.' I think to myself.
'But do I even wanna be king?' The question lingers in my as I come falling from the sky and hit the ground, hard. The air knocked out of me.
"Well, I got you here, so bye." She says as she walks away.
I'm in too much pain to utter a word, so I just close my eyes and sleep.
I'll figure this out when I wake up.
