''Mike, El, Lou! You may now all rise!'' The woman said

''We've made our desisision, were letting Lou stay with....

Mike and El both looked shocked, an tears came to both of there eyes while they stared at each other

Mike exited the court and drove back to Eleven's house,

''El open up!'' Mike said, but Lou opened the door instead

''Daddy?'' Lou asked ''Mommy said you weren't aloud here''

''Oh, well may I come in'' Mike asked

''Sure'' Lou said as mike entered the home.

''Who is it-'' El said ''Mike what the hell!'' El said

''I want you to move back in, or give me my daughter!'' Mike said

''I don't do oltimatives mike'' El said

'Then have it your way, the court wants you in there now then!'' Mike said

''Court? You got them involved!'' El snapped

''Yea, Eleven I did. I wanna see my daughter, and I wanna be with you! Please move in, or let me take Lou'' Mike said

''Never gonna happen!'' El said

''Then we gotta go to court, now or they will have the rights to arrest you!'' Mike said

El, Lou and Mike got into Mike's mini van and he drove to the court house.

They stood in the court for an hour and 55 minutes.

''I left Mike because I don't love him anymore, and I want the best for Lou and I, a fresh start, you know?'' El said

''Mike, do you agree?'' Mr. Tennent asked

''No, I want Lou with me, along with El, but she would not wish to move home'' Mike said.

''Then we will talk, give us a moment'' Judge arthor said

''I'm sorry it had to come to this'' Mike said

''Fuck you'' El said

The judge stood, ''Have you each diverted?''

''We have your honor, and in the case of who gets custody we have figured it out'' A woman said

''Mike, El, Lou! You may now all rise!'' The woman said

''We've made our decision, were letting Lou stay with....'' The woman said

Mike and El both looked shocked, an tears came to both of there eyes while they stared at each other

Mike hugged Lou, ''What's this mean?'' Lou asked

''You're staying with me.....''

''Will I see you again?'' Lou asked

''Of course, every weekend''

''Okay, I love you!'' Lou said

''I love you too....'' El said hugging Lou, then looking at mike.

''I cant believe you did this'' El said

''I only did what you made me do!'' Mike said

''Taking our daughter isn't my fault!'' El said

''I wanted you to come home, but you wouldn't, I'm sorry El. I love you, but ill see you later, you can pick Lou up Friday night at around 4pm'' Mike said taking Lou out of the court room, everyone else left too.

Eleven sat alone in the dark room crying, and the door opened letting a small bit of light in, and a man sat beside Eleven.

''Will?'' El asked

''Ill be here for you, if you need me, I'm only one call away, forever.... I promise'' Will said hugging el, then leaving.

Mike has full custody over Lou :)
