Chapter seven

The next morning Marzia woke up to David running around.

"David why are running around like crazy?"

"BECAUSE IM LATE!"

"Late to what?"

"FANNY WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE ME TO HER COLLEGE AT 9:40 AND ITS 10"

"Well hurry then."

"THATS WHAT IM DOING!!" David yelled at her

Marzia had a scared face and she started to sob

"No Marzia don't cry. I didn't mean to yell at you like that. I'm just stressed out right now. I'm sorry. Come here" he opened his arms so he could hug her. "I'm sorry it won't happen again."

Marzia finally calm down and told him it was okay. He let her go and continued what he was doing.

"Ok Marzia I'm off. Be good ok."

"I will."

Soon he left. Then her mom woke up.

"Good morning mommy!"

"Morning sweetie. Hey get dressed up. We're going to buy food and I'm going to find jobs with her as well. When your done meet us upstairs."

"Ok mommy."

Marzia put on her clothes and she put a collar on Maya. When she finished she walked upstairs like her mom told her.
Later they were all upstairs waiting for Johanna and Felix.

"Marzia honey I don't think we can bring Maya with us. She needs to stay home."

"But she always go everywhere with us."

"I know but you can't this time."

By the time she said that Felix head downstairs with Edgar on a leash.

"Ok are we all ready?" asked Johanna.

"Almost. Marzia come on go put Maya in her cage."

"No it's okay she can bring Maya. We always take Edgar with us whenever we can."

"See mommy. They like...us. They bring Edgar like...we bring Maya." said Marzia in English so Johnna and Felix could understand.

"...Ok fine. You can bring Maya with us."

"Yay! Venire Maya!"/Come Maya!

She ran out the door with Maya on her leash. Felix followed behind with Edgar and their parents just laughed.

They arrived to the grocery store and they bought the necessary things. After they finished, Johanna drop Marzia, Felix, and Marzia's dad at the house. Johanna and Marzia's mom were going job hunting.

Marzia and Felix helped her dad put the food in the fridge. Felix stayed downstairs with them so that why he isn't alone upstairs. They watched t.v and soon Marzia's dad feel asleep.

"Hey do you want to play video games upstairs?" asked Felix.

"Yes!" said Marzia.

They went upstairs quietly so they wouldn't wake Marzia's dad.
They played for 30 minutes then suddenly Felix paused the game.

"Marzia?"

"Yes?"

"Can you teach me some Italian?"

"Yes, but can you teach me more English?"

"Yeah of course! I think I should teach you English first so that way it would be easy for you to teach Italian to me."

"OKAY!"

Felix spent a good 40 minutes teaching her basic English. When he was teaching her the last word he heard their moms yell their names. They quickly ran down the stairs to greet them.

"Hi mommy. How did it go?" said Marzia.

"Marzia you're speaking English!" said Marzia's mom "How?"

"Felix taught me a lot. Thank you Felix."

"You're welcome. You are a very fast learner. Maybe you should go to my school."

"OH MOMMY CAN I CAN I PLEASE?"

"Sure sweetie. But first we have to enroll you.

"What does enroll mean?"

"It means I have to put you in the school."

"Oh ok."

The next morning Johana, Felix, Marzia, and Marzia's mom went to Felix's school so she can attended there as well. The principle said she would start next week. Both Marzia and Felix were excited.
