"Sir!" The marine saluted at his higher-up. "We just lost track of Whitebeard, sir!" He reported right after. Sengoku's eyes widened and paused. Of course Whitebeard figured out that he was being followed! Even though it was he expected this, he was still surprised of how Whitebeard handled the situation. Ace's execution was in just one day and it was vital right now to know what the enemy was planning on doing.

Sengoku sighed in annoyance while he rubbed his temples. "This is going to get much harder from this moment on. How about the Warlords?" Sengoku asked as he lifted his head. "All the expected Warlords have arrived. Boa Hancock will arrive in a couple of hours as well." Sengoku furrowed his brows. "What's the reason for the delay?" He asked.

The marine straighten up his position and then explained. "She requested to see Fire Fist before heading here." Sengoku laid back on his chair and then spoke. "That seems like trouble."

"Wait, sir, you don't think she-"

"She wouldn't. It's too reckless for her to betray us, especially now. But make sure we'll be ready for anything at this point. Fire Fist is expected to arrive here in 12 hours. Make sure there are no delays and also, block any ship from crossing the path that ship will take."

"Yes sir!"

You looked amazed at the fish that were swimming around the Moby Dick. The sunshine was hitting the ocean, making it look like the surface was sparkling. You never thought that you'll be able to see this world from this perspective.

"I never got used to this view. It's like a complete different world." Marco said as he walked towards you. You looked at his face. He was tired; you could just see it by looking at his face. But he wasn't the only one who was tired. Everyone was. But they all continued to struggle to get out of this mess. They all wanted Ace back on this ship, alive and they were all willing to give their lives for him.

Marco saw the look on your face and he quickly turned his head in another direction, to avoid making eye contact with you. "Don't worry too much about it. We'll definitely bring Ace back!" He said in a confident tone. You shook your head and then you placed your hand on his shoulder. "That's not it... You're all working so hard; I can see that you guys aren't fine." You said in a low voice. He gave you an empathetic look and he moved away from you.

"Don't worry about that. You should rest. Tomorrow it's a big day. Everyone's working so hard because they all want to see Ace happy. That's the least we can do..."

"Huh?"

"How to put this... If we would've went after Teach as well, things would've gone a little different. Even Pops feels guilty about it but we're all willing to change Ace's fate." Marco explained before walking away. But after he took a few steps he stopped and turned around. "(Name)... Listen to me. You're going to stay behind. You'll be around Pops at all times and if something happens, you find me. You understand?"

You took a deep breath. This was a hard thing to accept. You wanted to save Ace. You needed to save him. But this wasn't the main reason why it was hard to accept this. You were aware of the fact that your father will be there and he'll probably try everything to get his hands on you, especially that this was going to be the first encounter with him ever since that day. You had to be careful, especially that now you had to think about your child's well being than your self's.

"Okay..." But you accepted his words anyways.

Luffy ran as fast as he could. He tried his best not to get spotted but unfortunately that didn't work out so well. Hancock told him not to cause a scene and to be extra careful since this place was monitored and not to mention the world's highest security prison. But this wasn't anymore about him. All he cared right now is to save his brother, even if it costs his life.

He will save Ace.

——————————————————

All Ace wished right now was to understand his feelings. He wanted to be saved but at the same time he didn't. He cared too much about the others to let them die for him. Who was he anyways? Just a loser who couldn't even avenge one of his comrades.

But he knew he didn't had much time left. He knew he will die. Something deep inside of him told him that the clock was ticking and he is running out of time. If only he had the chance to say that he loves her... Just the thought of her coming to the battle made his heart hurt; it made him scared. If anything happens to her because of him, he will never be able to forgive himself.

As he was lost in his thoughts, Magellan made an appearance, not alone but with Hannyabal and a guard. However, there was one other person behind Hannyabal that he couldn't see. Ace furrowed his brows. Why were they here? He wasn't supposed to be moved only by tomorrow morning.

"You have a special visitor, Ace. Who so you think it is? Jimbei, I'm pretty sure you haven't met this person either. Even though many haven't seen her, her name sure is well- known. The emperor of the warrior clan, Kuja and also one of the Royal Schibukai! Boa Hancock." Ace and Jimbei were surprised. What business could Boa Hancock have with him?

Hancock stepped a little closer towards the cell. The prisoners started to get excited over the fact that there was a beauty here.

"So? What do you want to talk?" Ace asked bored. Hancock stared at him and looked at him with the same bored expression. "Merely nothing. I just wanted to see the man that became the trigger for the war I'm about to take part in." She replied. Ace furrowed his eyes as he studied her face. She was holding back; that wasn't the entire truth.

"So I'm just a display item now?" Ace asked sarcastically. "Why did you accept their offer?! Do you want to hold that Schibukai title that badly?" Jimbei asked. "You're Jimbei, right? I've heard things about you and how you end up here."

The prisoners started to get louder and the conversation began to get harder to be understandable. Once they started to trow insults at Magellan, they crossed the line. Magellan started to use his poison and everything began to get chaotic.

Hancock decided this was the best time to explain everything since no one was paying attention. Ace listened in shock at what she had to explain. He couldn't believe this was happening.

Once everything calmed down, she walked away from the cell. "Oi! What you said... Is it really true?" Ace stuttered. Hancock stopped for a second and then spoke. "I have no reason to lie to you. Oh and also, he was worried you'll get mad at him."

Once they left, Jimbei saw the shocked expression Ace had and got a little worried. "Ace, what did she tell you?" Ace took a deep breath before speaking. "She said that my little brother is coming here."

"The one you always talk about, that Straw Hat Luffy?! How reckless of him." Jimbei gasped.

If he wouldn't have been born, maybe things would've been better?

Motherfukin Ace is thinking angsty shit again.

Sorry that we didn't get into Marineford in this chapter but I wanted to wrap this thing up.

Next chapter I promise you it's going to contain Marineford. We only have 5 chapters left.

And the reason I have been gone for so long is because I've been working on a formulary for an exchange program. I'm trying my best to get accepted. If I'm going to get picked, I'll be able to go and study for one year in America.

ALSO another reason is because I started playing otome games again. I stumbled across Mystic Messenger and my life changed. Best app ever.

Also I've been working on the sequel. So get excited!!!

Ps. My internet is still down and as I said it will take about 2-3 weeks to get back to normal ;-;
