Anthony POV The show the later that day went well. It of course wasn't the same without Jas, but Alysha did amazing. It was hard to do it in a boot, but I insisted I did.
I practically sprint to the hospital. Nothing. She's still asleep.
As I wait, Renee and Pippa come in, with cafeteria food. "We thought since everyone else is out partying, we'll have our own party." Pippa says. They're so sweet, so I smile and nod.
Soon, Dr. Leesaw, Jasmine's doctor enters the room. "Hello, Mr. Ramos, nice to see you again." He says as he shakes my hand, "We are doing everything we can for Jasmine, but at this point, we would need a miracle for her to wake up at this point. Not only was her head injured in the impact of the crash, she was in complete shock, which made it even harder on her. Mentally and physically. I'm sorry."
My heart drops. But I realize, "So there's still hope."
"I mean..Yes..But it would be a medical breakthrough-"
"Well, then I'm not leaving." I cut him off. "Okay, but in the next 6 hours, she's probably going to..die." He responds, marking slmething on a peice of paper on a clipboard.
"Then I'll wait." I say, sitting back down. Pippa and Renee copy my motions. I still have all the hope in the world.
Jasmine can still come back.
She will come back.

It's been three hours, and Pippa and Renee have left, and Lin and Leslie came.
Leslie gives me a hug, "I'm so sorry, man." I smile softly and say, "Not yet. There's still three hours."
We all sit down, until Leslie gets a phone call. He steps outside to take it, and Lin goes to the bathroom.
I have a moment with her. I go up to her, and take her hand.
"Jasmine, you've got three hours. Almost two. I need you. I can't go on in life without you. Please. You're the only one who knows about my dorky obsessions. You're the only one I need. You're the only one I've ever said 'I love you' to. Well, besides my mama and pops of course." I laugh.
"C'mon Jasmine. Let's go explore the greatest city in the world together. Let's go back to the 1800's together. I wouldn't want it to be anyone else. Be the Theodosia to my Burr. Be the Jasmine to my Anthony."
That's when my whole world started again.
Jasmine's hand squeezes mine.
