Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1pc. Medium on on, chopped
1 small can of Century tuna flakes and oil
1 small can of Century tuna hot and spicy
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp. Of Palm Oil or cooking oil
A pinch of salt and pepper to tasteHow to prepare:
1. Wash the kangkong leaves and separate the leaves from the stems.
2. Cut the kangkong stems into about 1".
3. Minced garlic and chopped onions.
4. Open the cans of Century tuna.
5. Set aside all the ingredients.
How to Cook:
1. Heat the pan.
2. Add the cooking oil.
3. Saute all the ingredients.
4. Add water.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Transfer to a serving plate.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Note: I also have the "Tuna con Repolyo". Just replace the kangkong with repolyo. It tastes really good and easy to prepare.
