Milkfish Fritters

Ingredients:
2 PCs. Small Milkfish
1 PC. Egg
1/8 cup of Flour
Salt and pepper
Cooking Oil

How to prepare:

1. Remove all the "tinik" from the fish.

2. Put the deboned fish in a bowl.

3. Add the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.

4. Mix all the ingredients very well then set aside.

How to Cook:

1. Heat the pan

2. Add the cooking oil

3. Put a spoonful of the mixture in a pan with oil and fry it.

4. Deep fry until golden brown.

5. Repeat steps 3 to 4 until all the mixture is fried.

6. After frying, place it on a kitchen towel for a few minutes to remove excess oil.

7. Transfer to a serving plate

8. Serve and enjoy!
