Tofu Springrolls

Ingredients:
Four square pieces of Tofu
1 piece carrot
1/2 white onion
3 cloves of garlic
6 strings of kinchay
3 tanda ng Lumpia wrapper (aprox. 20pcs of lumpia wrappers)
5 tbsp. Soysauce
Salt and pepper

How to prepare:

1. Chop the tofu, carrot, onion, garlic, and kinchay into small portions.

(If you have a food processor, you can just put the ingredients in and let it cut into very small pieces.)

2. Put all the chopped ingredients into a large bowl

3. Add the Soysauce, salt, and pepper

4. Mix all the ingredients.

5. Get a heaping spoon of the mixture

And place it on a lumpia wrapper.

6. Wrap the mixture.

7. Place the wrapped mixture on a plate. Set aside.

7. Repeat the procedures 5,6,7 until all the mixture is wrapped and ready to fry.

How to Cook:

1. Heat the pan.

2. Add cooking oil.

3. Deep fry until golden brown.

4. After frying, place it on a kitchen towel for a few minutes to remove excess oil.

5. Transfer to a serving plate.

6. Serve and enjoy!
