Ingredients:
1 can of meatloaf (230g of Purefoods Luncheon Meat)
2 cloves of garlic
1 PC.medium sized onion (red or white)
1 string of kinchay
70g of flour
70g of bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 PCs. Of eggs
How to prepare:
1. Open the can of meatloaf then slice e it into small cubes. Set aside
2. Minced garlic and onions. Set aside
3. Chop kinchay into small portions. Set aside
4. In a bowl, mix the flour and cornstarch. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well then set aside.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside
6. In another set of bowl, put the bread crumbs and set aside.
How to Cook:
1. In a large bowl, mix the garlic, onion, meatloaf, and kinchay.
2. Using a spoon, scoop a mixture.
3. Mold the mixture into small balls using your hands.
4. Dip the molded mixture into a bowl of flour.
5. Dip it into the egg mixture.
6. Dip it into bread crumbs.
7. Deep fry until golden brown.
8. After frying, place it on a kitchen towel for a few minutes to remove excess oil.
9. Transfer to a serving plate.
10. Serve and enjoy!
*best served with ketchup or mayo
