Meatloaf Omelette

Ingredients:
1 can of meatloaf (230g Purefoods Luncheon Meat)
2 cloves of garlic
1pc. Medium sized white onion
3 PCs. Eggs
2 tbsp. Palm oil or any cooking oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

How to prepare:

1. Open a can of meatloaf and slice it into cubes. Set aside

2. Minced garlic and onions. Set aside

4. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well then set aside

How to Cook:

1. Heat the pan.

2. Add 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil

3. Sauté the garlic, onions, and meatloaf

4. Add the eggs to sautéed ingredients.

5. Cook for about 1-2 minutes then flip it to cook the other side.

6. Transfer to a serving plate.

7. Serve and enjoy!

*best served with rice, fried rice, or bread for breakfast
